I could picture the cars singing that, but way better
Their music is catchy when they play it straight, but their lyrics and image are shit.
Are you retarded
I don't like the vocals. Rush is a band drummers and bassists adore.
Guitarists pretty much all love pre-1983 Lifeson as well. Guy went from being a mish-mash of Steve Hackett, Steve Howe and Jimmy Page to a weird kind of combination of The Edge and Andy Summers with better chops, which is a move that I can see annoying people.
...
I know that Summers is a pretty minimalistic guitarist. Did Lifeson do that after 1983? Start playing mostly chords and not lead lines?
Here's a pretty good write-up on Lifeson from a playing perspective if you're interested.
The greatest band of all time.
>Caress of Steel>2112
Why?
>Fly By Night and Debut that high
>Grace Under Pressure and power Windows not at least 8
>Test for Echo above anything, let alone Counterparts
Fuck off mallgoth cancer
lol nice trololol
I first heard Rush around the age of 5, and I thought the singer was a woman for several years. Good singer though, and somehow still hitting most of those high notes today, playing two hour-plus concerts.
How in the hell can you picture that as a Cars song?
The only possible connection I can think of is the synth solo kind of sounds like a synth lead the Cars might do. This is akin to saying all synth music sounds the same.
This is retarded.
You are retarded.
Objectively wrong.
This is pretty wrong
at least it's pretty
