6 or 7/10 for me, not as great as I'd hoped. Mars even kind of made me laugh at it a bit.

They're really nothing alike outside of the electronic instrumentation and vocoder vocals.
This is more of a symphony while adz is more of an indie folktronica album.
Comparing the two is bizarre once you get past the electronic sufjan part.

A press release version of the album came out recently. I can only assume the leak is from that.

I would recommend seeing it live, provided they're still gonna be doing it with an orchestra in that setting.

It's been long announced. It's been performed for about 6 years at this point now.
Its a collab album but its pretty much a Sufjan album.
