Fuck off with your bent anime edition

...

big game tomorrow lads

There is no anime edition in the catalogue, and I'm not making any new edition either. And a bent anime edition is no worse than this bent edition.

How many Skype cabalists does it take to change a lightbulb?

/detox/

...

They can't, they are all detoxing

alri

Would ya?

Warm, fluffy ginger pubes sound pretty nice right around now.

I want to sleep on them

Lads, I know many of you hate the BBC for various reasons, but in the past I've always defended it as a good source of relatively unbiased, well-researched news. I still believe this to an extent, but I just can't ignore their agenda-pushing on "soft" articles anymore. Every single day there are stories about how great women are, how African and India are the future, and how normie degeneracy is inherently good.

At this rate the only international news source I have any real faith in is Reuters. Where do you lads get your news?

TheJournal.ie, CNN and the guardian

>Every single day there are stories about how great women are, how African and India are the future, and how normie degeneracy is inherently good.

It sounds like you're frustrated they aren't confirming your bias. Do you have any examples of problem articles?

>getting your news anywhere other than the RTÉ Six One News

youtube.com/watch?v=OQuSEn2vTQU

bit biased

The BBC's "hard" news is bearable. Ironically I find the Guardian the best of the newspapers.

I mainly consume local newspapers as they seem less biased than any big news stations

Here and politics.ie, just from whatever articles get posted in those places generally. I don't really trust any media source as they all have a bias to some degree. It's best to just use as many as you can and form your own views on the topic from those sources.

This

CNN is shite, and the Journal is decent but still has an amateurish vibe to it. Admittedly the Guardian is generally good for most "hard" news, but it exceptionally left wing and occasionally anti-Irish.

>It sounds like you're frustrated they aren't confirming your bias
I initially thought so too - it's important to be careful in this regard when consuming any media, otherwise you will just end up in an echo chamber. But when you start seeing pro-Feminism, pro-Africa, pro-India articles on an almost daily basis, it becomes hard to ignore.

Today didn't have any particularly bad examples admittedly, but this one is just another in a long line of "women are just as good as men in every way" articles:
archive.is/jThiw

>The BBC's "hard" news is bearable.
I agree - I won't be dropping it as a news source. But it's soft articles are revealing that there may be an agenda behind the scenes, like with the Guardian.

>archiving BBC articles
For what purpose?

The Diplomat and Foreing Policy are the best ones in my opinion. They bring up to light a lot of topics mainstream media doesn't really care about, their coverage is very extensive, howbeit limited to the topics they work with (The Diplomat, for example, works only with Asia-Pacific).
The ideal is to either get your news from a vast array from different sources and, even better, the actual source of the news itself. Start reading government reports, police reports, etc., rather than the reports on the reports. If college dropouts can so should you.

>But it's soft articles are revealing that there may be an agenda behind the scenes, like with the Guardian.
The Guardian is open, and dare I say it, somewhat sincere in its leftism, which usually means it's funny when it's not just "you're wrong but okay whatever". The BBC's leftism is insidious ("really makes you think" type shit) and still has that smug high-bourgeoisie/old establishment triumphalism that the guardian doesn't so much have.
The two "Irish" papers are far worse, the Times especially.

Frogweeb please help.
I have gigabytes of pictures of boats in my HD and so was thinking of actually starting playing the game.
I wanted to ask if you can build a fleet/deck/team/unit/whatever you call it in-game with 3 carriers, 5 battleships, 2 heavy cruisers and 3 destroyers. This fleet would basically be a combination of my favorite boats. Can such a thing be done? What is the closest I can get to it?

Getting really tired, might have to sleep soon. Shame I'll miss out on another day of /éire/ fun and adventures.

What the fuck is a boat?

>men just do what they are supposed to do
Why does the Norwegian army think this is bad?

Careful not to fuck your sleep schedule too much, I've fucked mine up by taking 1-2 naps a day and only sleeping for about four hours at night for the past month.

>archive.is/jThiw

It just seems like an interest piece that challenges the military stereotype of it being a boys club.
The specialist they talked to even acknowledged "I don't think you should view it as the girls are gonna do the exact same as the guys." and issues faced with women being weaker at unarmed combat or being unable to carry wounded soldiers to safety.

RTÉ News is actually a really good news outlet all things considered. Of all the outlets I get news from, they are generally among the least biased. They can sometimes be lacking in detail though, especially on international events. The RTÉ News website and the Journal.ie are my two main sources of Irish news, and I watch the Six One most evenings.

Force of habit.

>The Diplomat and Foreign Policy
Had never heard of those before - will definitely take a look.
>The ideal is to either get your news from a vast array from different sources
I do. I compile RSS feeds from various sources, such as the BBC and Reuters, into one big feed. I also watch 3 different types of TV news.

Excellent post. You articulated a feeling that I didn't know how to put into words.

>still has that smug high-bourgeoisie/old establishment triumphalism that the guardian doesn't so much have.
I think the Guardian does still have a fair bit of that though, but it's moreso a "new establishment" variant of it as leftism has swept the Western world in recent years.

Big game indeed. Looking forward to winning bigly.

RTÉ and TheJournal mostly.
Plus Viper's View, of course.
Will occasionally look at BBC, FOX and a few others just to get different perspectives.
Was watching some BBC documentaries on Brexit last night and they seemed a bit shit. Didn't finish them though.

It's already fucked, I'm trying to get it back on track.

How do you even watch RTÉ? Does the Player do live streaming?

Keked at the end when it said Norwegian forces are deployed in Syria but none of them are women.

>You articulated a feeling that I didn't know how to put into words.
I am a master of the wordsmith's craft.

If Donnacha is really leaving this might be our best year to win the european cup. If we win tomorrow we should have Saracens in Dublin and the perennial bottlers Clermont in the final. I think we can do it.

The game is a grindfest - stay away if you know what's good for you. Also your proposed fleet is too battleship-heavy. You need more destroyers and perhaps a few subs.

Clearly they don't want their soldiers to follow orders and would prefer them to do what their emotions tell them to do.

>RTÉ News is actually a really good news outlet all things considered.

I like sean o rourkes interviews in the morning, he's a cranky bastard and usually gives everyone questions they don't want to be asked.
Can't stand Miriam on prime time though.

This is a boat.

Yeah, it's an admittedly weak article to try and prove my point with - I couldn't find anything stronger in the last 24 hours. But I think what bothered me is moreso about it is that there are articles like that almost every single day; "Look at all these things women can do!". Maybe I'm just not the target demographic, but it's not like I'm subscribed to their special interest piece feed - this stuff comes up in their international news feed.

That's weird as fuck froggy

Thanks for answering my man.
>your proposed fleet is too battleship-heavy
But so you could build a fleet EXACTLY like that, with those exact numbers of hose kinds of ships, even it's basically shit, right?
I was thinking of maybe buying an old account.
Anyway, thanks you for noticing me, senpai.

>Will occasionally look at BBC
Is there any way to livestream BBC News outside the UK anymore? I used to be able to do it with a free proxy, but then they clamped down on proxy use on the BBC News website and I never bothered looking for a way around it.

I watch a replay of the News at about 9pm. They only livestream certain big TV events.

I know.

How many figures do you have?
Any dakis?

>But so you could build a fleet EXACTLY like that, with those exact numbers of hose kinds of ships, even it's basically shit, right?
I'm not sure. I haven't played the game in ages - things might have changed.

>The two "Irish" papers are far worse, the Times especially.
The Times is weird. Most them time it seems to lean heavily left, but the seem to be pretty laissez-faire about what they will allow to be published in their online opinion pieces. Remember that time they let that Alt-Right guy publish the glossary of Alt-Right terms and the internet went mental. And then the Editor in Chief wrote an article that same day defending the publication of the piece?

What's the other paper you were referring to? The Independent?

No figures, no dakis.

Sitting in the toilet at work waiting for this old cunt to finish her pack of smokes and fill out my check lads haha what am I like

Absolute madman

What type of car does Zebo have? Looks nice from the inside.

I listen to very little radio - I should probably try and listen to more given how much time I spend sitting at a computer.

>Can't stand Miriam on prime time though.
I like Prime Time and I consider it one of the most valuable services that RTÉ provides. But they need to refresh the presenters.

>I think we can do it
I hope so lad. What do you think of Ryan leaving? Do you think the IRFU should've given him a contract?

>Can't stand Miriam
You better start appreciating her lad. Our next Uachtarán.

>Our next Uachtarán
Oh God.

>Our next Uachtarán
Please no.

>an "operational need" existed for highly-trained female soldiers who could gather intelligence and interact with women and children during deployments in conservative societies.
I think that's a meme to justify female soldiers. I don't see a situation where a Muslim patriarch who wouldn't already be on the side of the degenerate westerners would allow his wife to go to them and tell them where the taliban are hiding. And even if the wives of Afghan males were more cooperative than their husbands, using women soldiers to cajole information from Muslim women in order to kill Muslim men undermines trust and cooperation between the sexes and gravely insults the honour of the countries they would deploy them in (as it does to what little remains in those countries which raised the female soldiers).

For some reason not even the smuggest man can match the kind of women that gravitate to those sort of positions.

Dakis are definetely a worthy investment. I get the feeling that about 70% of the people who buy figures do it for attentionwhoring, hence, the Sup Forums buyfag is a circlejerk of realfags. But dakis are definetely worth the money. I don't understand how someone as awesome as you wouldn't have one at this point.

NEED more anime and manga on WW2.

>the Sup Forums buyfag is a circlejerk of realfags
What the hell is a realfag?

Also, I'd buy a figure long before I'd buy a daki. I understand the appeal of dakis, but they are not something I want. I think well-crafted figures look nice though and make nice display pieces.

weebs are weird

...

>realfag
Blogposters. In the case of the buyfag thread, they are those who take pictures of their collections and then post text like "heyyy guissee what do you guise think of my collectionz?? ;'P", etc.

He has a couple

Frustrating when he finished the Six Nations as our best lock and very questionable when Heaslip who is the same age and probably isn't in our best starting team has been given a 3 year deal but Ryan hasn't even been offered 2.
The rumoured offer from Racing isn't even that big, it'd be a shame if the IRFU let one of our top players walk. Big blow for Munster as well losing a senior player in his prime.

What is the purpose of a daki? It's just a pillow right?

You're only learning this now?

Wow, those are some extraordinarily ugly women.

>He has a couple
Not bad taste. Black wheels on a black X5 is a bit much though.

A pillow you get intimate with

Didn't know you were into cars. What kind do you drive?

But how does one get intimate with a pillow?

>Wow, those are some extraordinarily ugly women.
Um, racist and sexist much???

>extraordinarily ugly women
Well, they are from Dublin.

I'd rather not think about it. It's for people who roleplay romances with fictional characters and project those feelings onto a pillow with the image of that character.

At a base level, the high quality ones are meant to be incredibly comfy due to the use of some fancy materials.

I don't have one. Growing up I had always planned to get a car as soon as I could, but then the reality of the costs involved became apparent. Also there was a lack of need; I didn't need one at college, I didn't need one when I graduated and started working, and I certainly don't need one now in France. I really want a car, I just can't justify the investment.

Yes, it's a pillow. A pillow that is like a body. A body pillow. Have you ever gone to bed and just hugged a pillow, tight against your chest? Now, imagine that pillow is the size of a PERSON, and when you look at it, what do you see? You see a PERSON (that person is an anime girl), AND the quality is much better than that of a normal pillow. After some time in captivity and prolonged isolation, it becomes even MORE than that, you'll start loving the daki, as though it was a real anime girl. And you'll feel love back too, as for the daki will be next to you, always. Dakis won't complain of you being too clingy, they won't leave you, they don't cost a penny. Basically the only thing that can possibly surpass a daki is a very well written VN or other kind of game, possibly VR as a whole in the future.

You should become a bikefag. Don't be a Fred though.

Ryder

Swissyank?

>they don't cost a penny
Oh yes they do. Have you seen the prices for the good quality ones?

I did consider it at one point, but I know virtually nothing about bikes and I don't think it would be very practical for me.

>Don't be a Fred though.
What's a Fred?

>tempted to look up her autist sex scenes

I have over a dozen dakis, three of which are KanColle.
Living the dream lads.
Weebfrog, are you jelly yet?

>they don't cost a penny
amazon.de/s/ref=sr_1_2_hso_sc_smartcategory_3?rh=n:3340972031,k:body pillow&keywords=body pillow&ie=UTF8&qid=1490966195&sr=8-2-acs

couldn't fin any on amazon uk

Obviously everything costs money but unless you're a poorfag it doesn't take much effort to acquire a decent collection.

And what I meant to by "they don't cost a penny" was the fact they won't ask for expensive rings, they don't need to be taken out to dinners, etc. All you need is the initial investment and washing them from time to time, which in fact isn't really necessary provided you don't sweat like a fat pig.

>Not being loyal to one daki

How do you sleep at night?

A dakimakura is not necessarily a waifu, and I don't have a waifu for that matter.
The term waifu by itself is extremely subjective.

>What's a Fred?
/n/ meme, basically a rookie biker who wears a shitload of unnecessary bike gear and generally isn't very fit.

That sounds pretty good. Just the issue of becoming attached to an object and an anime character and stuff. Sounds comfy though.

Do you consider yourself altruistic?
I like helping others.

...

I like helping others as well. To the point I become the one that needs help sadly people don't tend to care if that happens.

Helping others is a biblical commandment, keep it up, proud of you

iktf. I spent my teenage years befriending and helping depressed and troubled american teens I met from gaming communities to the point where I became depressed myself while they all turned into functional and happy adults.

>Using Munster rugby for religious propaganda

"no"

I avoided stepping on a worm this morning and still felt bad for not lifting him off the pavement and back onto the grass. I hope he's alright.

That is literally autism.
>staring at nothing in particular
>avoiding focusing on the speaker
>unreadable facial expression
>exaggerated but meaningless change in focus to signal continued attention

Pottery.

Just read a doujin and use your imagination to do the job.

Stop wasting money on body pillows.

> I hope he's alright.
Did you just assume a worm's gender? You absolute shitlord??

We know frogweeb is not altruistic, he didn't reply to my post.

I was tempted to reply "No, I'm a cunt", but I thought better of it.

>The game is a grindfest
Has it always been like that?
Doujin are not physical, they are trapped to paper. It's completely different. And dakis aren't expensive, you just need to stop being a poorfag.

@72998134
Not giving you (You)s anymore.
