The Incredible Hulk

What went right?

Edward Norton. I hate Ruffalo.

why the fuck wasn't there an locked up abomination cameo in civil war!?

literally nothing went right

the design is the best on screen hulk

that clap to put out fire

actually angry, not 'annoyed'

doesnt look retarded like ruffalo

its the movie that single handedly caused the blow up of the generic CGI monster villain cliche put in the 3rd act

Edward Norton should've stayed hulk for avengers. Anyone know why he didn't?

nothing
2003 Hulk was miles better
I unironically think it was ahead of its time

He's a prick to work with and didn't want to.

He'd rather be in Wes Anderson movies.

Norton's a bit of a control freak. Marvel would have to be his bitch if they had let him continue.

2003 Hulk is dogshit, put your nostalgia aside.

He put a lot of effort into a scene that was going to be the opening where Bruce goes to the Antarctic and shoots himself in the head but transforms into the Hulk before the bullet reaches his brain. Marvel thought it was too dark so cut it out and he threatened to walk if they did so they told him to fuck off and recast him. The scene was referenced in Avengers when he says he's already tried to kill himself.

I like this movie. It's not amazing or deep, but it's a cool Hulk movie.

Norton's hulk was atrocious on every level
his acting was trash, the villain was trash, the story and logistics simply didn't make any fucking sense
it was an awful movie and I regret every minute spending watching it
> put your nostalgia aside.
I hated it when I watched it when it came out actaully

Based Blonsky being brought back for a Thunderbolts movie when?

It wasn't because it was too dark, in the Blu-Ray commentary the director mentions it had to be removed because it confused test audiences as to whether it was a reboot or sequel to 2003 Hulk.

They replaced it with a montage that's an homage to the original TV show.

>Bruce goes to the Antarctic and shoots himself in the head but transforms into the Hulk before the bullet reaches his brain.
That would have been great. I haven't watched the Hulk in a while but wasn't it overall fairly dark?

Nope. Plot made perfect sense and it's a fun thriller.

what did you mean by posting that image?

It's not that dark, just more serious than the rest of the MCU.

He wanted a shit load of money and basically wanted control of how they did his character

It's not atrocious on every level.

>rotton tomatoes
I guess that means GhostBusters and Crash are good movies.

This. I also liked street-smart Banner that Ruffalo failed to pull off.

how has it been almost 10 years and no new hulk movie?
