Apple is a terrible,terrible company.
They sell overpriced hardware with terrible specs and without any technological advancement.
Terrible cloud servers (fappening) and terrible customer support.
The ONLY thing they do right is the protection their phones have when it comes to taking data from within the phone.
If you want to get the pictures on that phone you're gonna have to go ask the FBI or Ant Man.
Just reset the thing and then sell it or use it.

There are ways of using the DNS bypass to crash the phone and/or be able get to the home screen.
You should really check it out if all else fails.

DNS bypass doesn't work anymore because unless you install an iOS 8 or earlier image onto it it WILL ask for the original icloud when you are trying to set up your "new" phone
