Now shes on vacation and I found this .zip, it asks for password but I can't manage to open it.
Can you guys help?

Seems like no one said that so far, but for the phone there's a simple solution that work everytime; Use an adaptor and connect a mouse to the phone.
A linux cursor will pop up and you can do your shit since you know the pattern
