FYI pink eye is just an infection. Of your eye. (bacterial conjunctivitis). You really should try and get some medical help pref. antibacterial creme or droplets.

I've been coughing for a week and it was slowly getting worse, my throat was getting more and more congested, then today the cluster fuck of symptoms showed up. First, when i woke up i just felt like complete shit, could barely breathe because my nose was congested n shit
Then at around 4pm i look in the mirror and notice my eye is red, but i had taken a nap so i assumed i was just tired
Then i went to the gym and my eye started getting watery and i had to squint the whole time because gym lights are bright (i dont usually squint)
Then i got home and noticed white shit everywhere on my eye
Then after an hour of pain i kinda forgo about it
But nature decided to say "fuck you" because suddenly i could barely hear out of my right ear
Now my eye and ear are in pain. Idk if it's trustworthy but google said the bacteria from pink eye can spread to the ear and cause an ear infection so maybe that's it?
Anyway now my parents made fucking tea and are going to pour it in my eye and refuse to take me to a doctor even tho we have good insurance

While it does seem like pink eye, the other symptoms don't add up, you shouldn't have a cough or a gonestive nose.
It sounds like a adenovirus infection, although you are kinda old to be getting those. Have you been exposed to a child with a cough or flu recently?
The adenovirus will go away on its own, but on the chance that it's an infection, it'll need antibiotics. Go see a physician.

Get some eye wash for now, don't stress it b/c it doesn't look that bad at all. If you think it's worse in the morning then go to a walk in clinic and see if a doc can give you some type of meds for it. You should be fine though, when I had it, it went away fairly quickly, i.e. the following day.

My parents just had me dip a cotton swab in tea and brush it over my open eye 5 times. Not only does it feel worse, i'm pretty sure there are bits of cotton now stuck in my eye and it's even more red

Two things I'll tell you right off the bat;
You will need to go to the doctor for this and if you were my kid, or it was my call, I'd recommend you go to the closest er right now, tell them you are indigent and live on the street (if your parents don't really have health insurance). If you go this route they will ask you a bunch of questions and you need to remember, you are living "on the street" This works better when you live near, or in a major city (Los Angeles or Frisco for example)
You will want to get an eyewash solution as well, the problem is being exasperated from your monitor (don't know if it LCD or what, but there are a line of HP monitors that give great pictures but can even cause what you're experiencing; not say thats the cause).
If there is an eyewash cup (do wear contacts, btw?) and you want to use it, you need to rinse soak and rub it out with that contact eyewash solution that calls itself "no rub" then after you do that you will usesaline solution as a final hard rinse, then use the saline solution to rinse out your eye (the stuff packaged to clean your eyes specifically, is in fact nothing more than saline solution).
I have to step away for a moment but I'm interested in this so I will return.

ie. You are working out twice as hard and not taking in enough proteins and vitamins.
Essentially your autoimmune system has somewhat 'broken down' (I'm not using this term literally, so don't panic) and as a result you are now becoming susceptible to multiple common viruses and infections, including but not limited to conjunctivitis(eye), the inner ear infection will cause dizziness and your sudden increase in physical exertion (yes, again) may be contributing to a lowering or raising of your blood pressure.
You really need to be concerned with your health right now and not getting more massive, or bulking up. You tell your doctor everything, including the contact with public workout equipment and the jacuzzi and increased workout routine, etc etc etc. Theres a ton more I'd ask (ie. any vertigo, dry mouth, consuming enough water,-- this is so fucking important,i can't stress enough) but idk how long you want to continue. you may just be better off resting until tomorrow. skip school and your workout, go to the fucking doctor.
