Las Vegas looking less likely - are they finally coming home?

profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/12/12/mark-davis-sheldon-adelson-having-a-hard-time-striking-a-deal/

Is the NFL finally coming to its senses and letting LA's true team back home?

The Raiders are way more popular than the rams and Chargers and hell, equal to the Lakers and more popular than the Dodgers

move this shitty team to mexico. the only raider fans are mexicans

LA is the biggest Mexican city in the US

Therefore the Raiders should come to LA.

Unlike the Chargers and Rams, the Raiders have deep inroads in LA in a way that goes beyond corporate shilling and jersey colors. It's a spiritual connection

This is just leverage to keep the Raiders in the Bay Area.
The NFL won't allow 3 teams in one market.

The Rams have been there longer. The Raiders were only in LA for 14 years and they won an Owl for LA with a team that was made in Oakland.

And why is it a good business idea to have two Bay Area teams? The Raiders are the least valued team in the Bay Area. In LA, they'd be worth the most

Doesn't matter. The Raiders have a deep inroads in LA that no amount of years away or amount of other LA teams will ever get rid of

>Deep inroads
>Muh only LA team to win an owl in LA
Nah, fuck off. LA is the most artificial city in the US and should stay that way. The Raiders are an Oakland team and should stay in Oakland. Not to mention we shouldn't give LA more reasons to have shitty, overloaded traffic.

But the rams where there for longer dont they?

Plus isnt the bay area profitable enough to have 2 teams? It seems like it even represents the people quite nicely, you have the faggotry of San Francisco By the 49ers and the niggery/cholotastic experience of oakland with the raiders

The Raiders LAST SB win was in LA. They haven't done shit since leaving. It's the sports gods angered by the fact that the team was forced out of LA.

Who cares who has been here longer - that's now how fandom works

Well maybe the true team of LA is the raiders, but the true home of the raiders is Oakland

And the Raiders first two superbowls were in Oakland, and now they're on an upswing looking to make the playoffs and potentially win their division. Fuck LA, that superbowl came from the afterglow of an already dominant Oakland team, and then they kicked them out when they couldn't keep getting it done.

>The Raiders LAST SB win was in LA.
Majority of the players were already with the team when they were still in Oakland. Enjoy your artificial Owl.

All that matters are the opinions of the LA fans, and most Angelenos and even most non-Raider NFL fans know that the Raiders belong to LA.

I've been to the Bay Area before and everyone there is a Niner fan. Don't tell me that all of a sudden they like the Raiders because they don't.

The Raiders true home is LA.

I don't get the NFL's obsession with Oakland when both San Diego and St. Louis had more viable plans

What the fuck is up with that?

>The Raiders are more liked in LA
>Source: me
Sure buddy. Their history and success is in Oakland, and bellyaching from LA "fans" won't change that.

Facebook and Twitter have decided

That meeting doesn't mean anything.

Facebook and Twitter don't fucking matter. The Raiders are coming off a losing streak, while the 49ers are only just now a bad team, having decades of previous success. Of course the map will look like that. Doesn't matter since the Raiders won't be going to LA, no matter how much you bitch and cry. Maybe you shouldn't have let them leave, but then again, LA has a history of letting teams leave.

Raiders and Chargers in the same city

Absolute madmen

Until the Chargers officially move here (and it's not confirmed yet) there's still a chance Raiders come to LA

That would be bad new for the Chargers. LA is a Raiders stronghold and everybody that isn't a Raiders fan is a Rams fan.

The twitter map shows LA as Niner territory lel

It won't be for long when half of the Raiders fan base gets deported.

They're not Niners fans they're Kap fans.

Lol if the rams and raiders had their records swapped this year I'm sure no one in LA would be whining to get the raiders back. All of a sudden theyre decent again and "they're our team guys you stole them" comes out of the woodworks

No even if the Rams were doing better it doesn't change how LA sports fans feel

>it's another LA autist thread

Why do you even feed this faggot?

How do they not matter? It shows you what team had the most LA support before the NFL shoved down the Rams and soon, Chargers down our throat.

Hopefully Mark moves the Raiders to LA anyways.

either way its cool with me, oakland is a crappy city

You've clearly never been to LA outside of the shitty parts

>desu all beaners look the same
that's just not true

YEAH has anyone actually been to Oakland?

The place has no fucking money
