how many old ladies' anuses do you look up in the course of the average week?

And to how many of them do you fap?

what med school ?

how do you get pentas?

I am really bad at league of legends. How do i make my penis bigger without it itching

how many old mens' anuses do you look up in the course of the average week?

Most rectal exams are done on old men, because of prostate hypertrophy and cancer.
2-3 per day

None

haha, your job fucking sucks

how many little girls' vaginas do you look up in the course of the average week?

What is this rash on my neck?

urticaria

Why are doctors so shitty these days?
I got sunburn and the doctor prescribed antihistamines and antibiotics for it.

The doctors all act like it's a McDonald's drive thru too, no time and always in a hurry, so nothing gets solved. Just drugged up

maybe if you weren't so fucking retarded you'd have remembered to put on sunblock in the first place

Newborn females have to be examined to diagnose anorectal malformations as early as possible.
In the hospital I studied we had about 4 newborn females per day.
Minor females with genital issues, about 2 per week

so im thinking about going back to school and getting into medical school. at 24. what do you think my obstacles will be?

Do you work in emergency rooms? And if you do, do you see disgusting things?

Not an answer

congrats on you CNA

proof or GTFO

Kek
Op is faggot
/Thread

does looking at a few deformed newborn vaginas compensate for looking at so many old mens' anuses?

It all depends on your attitude, I'm 25 and have been in the same class with older classmates some up to 40 years old

Of course.
Blood, urine and feces are a normality in emergencies

but all those are really sexy

Any kind of severe wounds? I am talking about broken and showing up bones, severed fingers, etc... Any specific stories?

attitude. ok. so do younger med students make fun of the older ones or something?

how many people have you killed yet?

can you come round my house and poke a tube down my dickhole? willing to pay

Specialize? What do you forecast for earnings? Can you put severed blood vessels back together? Do you fuck nurses?

I have ED and I'm 27. I thought I was gay for the longest time because I couldn't get it up with a woman who was special to me. Shortly after, I experimented with a guy and realized, I wasn't gay, I was ED and retarded. At this point the only thing I could do was commit suicide. I've disgraced myself, lost the love of my life, and it's all because of a broken dick. Viagra doesn't work so it's a problem with the veins. It's not an easy fix and it would be very expensive and painful. Suicide is the only answer.

So my question is, what is your favorite pass time?

i'm dying?

Actually it is hyperplasia, you should have studied harder.

Is it true that doctors don't have weekends off or is this bullshit?

i'm gonna write you a prescription for two testicals if you want

Those are common wounds in emergency, they might look 'scary' but are not serious.
Open fractures and limb mutilations are common traffic accident injuries.
More serious ones are blunt head trauma, neck fractures and penetrating chest and abdominal injuries which might not look so 'scary'

If serious, I can offer some advice.
Do you have morning erections?
Do you have sexual dreams/fantasies?
Do you have pubic/armpit/facial hair?

Thanks doctor, Now my loli fantasy can finally come true.

No, rarely - like once a month, yes

How often do you masturbate?
How long have you used porn for?

Holy shit OP is faggot.

if I force my sister to have sex with a dog, can she get pregnant? please say she can

Yes she can, but only if you video and upload it here.

What website did you buy your doctorate from user?

Oooooooooh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hypertrophy is usually in the heart etc.

med student myself

what are the most interesting specialities? and the most needed? what piece of advice can you give to me (finishing 2ยบ year)?

also, how's the neuroscience specialization?

Benign prostatic hylerplasia.
Thanks for the correction, just used hypertrophy because it's more comprehensible to a Layman

no, she can't, because there's a species barrier in her ovule. She can only breed with humans, and only if she's at lest 10 years old

why would you go to the doctor for a fucking sunburn that is the question

Advice, don't develop an ego, choose a speciality you find really interesting as it is easy to become bored after a few years, remind yourself that patients are people, interact with them a little bit.
For which speciality, it depends on your motivation.
Research, money, having free time, having low stress.

The same kind of retard that wouldn't wear sunscreen in the first place

90% refer to it as hypertrophy - don't lie on the internet.

Its a sunburn, grow a pair and wait it out fag, doctors have real emergencies to deal with...like drunk drivers with ruptured spleens and shit

He's right though. Doctors spend most of their time treating the same bullshit every day, caused by an unhealthy lifestyle and stupid that people do even though they should know better.

Who's got time for thorough examinations and finding the best solution for a rarer issue if there's still a few dozen morons you have to treat that day because of problems that could easily be avoided? Most people don't want any advice anyway, drugs are easier.

Research, definetly
What do you mean to "not develop an ego"?
I really suck with people, I'm way to introverted to be a good communicator. But man, i do love studying medicine. I just believe I'm perfect for research

Not OP but...As a pediatric surgeon...no

I'm a Vet, and this is true

Will you help your dying, suffering patient by giving him a lethal dose of morphine?

Actual legit question in wake of recent and past events.

So as far as all symptoms are concerned, I might as well wear a flashing neon sign that says "I have hyperthyroidism" to doctors.

Everytime I go in to my regular family doctor, he tests me again, because every new problem goes right back to hyperthyroidism.

Then yesterday I went to another doctor over a bunch of random shit that popped up including extreme heaviness on my chest. She examined everything you can in a medical room without tests and then said "Hyperthyroidism for sure!" And I went for blood tests that Im now waiting for.

My question is, OP...

If I have hyperthyroidism, why do the tests keep coming back negative. If I dont, why do I have all the symptoms to the point every doctor goes straight there?

Some treatment would be awesome because this shits getting old.

u fuck some patient ?

yourbrainonporn.com

Seriously, stop jerking off to gay porn. It messes with your head.

Dr just upped my dose of citalopram from 20 to 40mg. Should I be worried? What sorts of changes might i notice?

Time to pick a doctor smart enough to qualify for a specialty...

Most develop an overinflated ego from the status and the constantly helping people in desperate need.
This can affect how you diagnose and treat your patients. So try to remain somewhat grounded and remember that there are always some things you don't know. Still have to trust yourself and your decisions, but don't let pride lead to a misdiagnosis or lack of help.
Asking other doctors for their opinions on difficult cases is an excellent way to stay on top.
With research you'll be helping in the long term, but you might not see much short term satisfaction of results. It is a slow process, but a good one.
For people skills, it comes with practice, like anything.

Like four doctors now have gone straight to hyperthyroidism.

As I said, I have every single symptom. A quick physical exam and medical history questioning brings it up every time.

You mean that her egg cell wouldn't let any sperm from animals inside? So what would happen if you impregnated a female egg cell with sperm from an animal in the lab? I'm sure that's been done before anyway.

haha

See an endocrinologist, also if the blood results are "within normal ranges", most will just declare them normal.
Look yourself at the results, see if there are some low or high within the range.
Some of it can be controlled with diet and lifestyle.
Do some extended reading.

Eat heathily, exercise every day, stay in a good frame of mind.

loved this reply

it's not biologically possible

you're no fun any more

What might explain my extreme tiredness? I get plenty of sleep but between school and work in pretty stressed. I'm

I'll try to not be too technical

her egg cell has various layers. One of them is responsible of stopping everything, like a barrier. The only way of entering inside the egg cell is bypassing this barrier, and there's only one way in: with the right key
The right key is a chemical reaction that's necesary, this leads to two outcomes:
- It dissolves part of the barrier, so the sprem can penetrate
- It hardens the barrier, making it like a bunker, and now it's even more difficult to penetrate. This leads to the disintegration of a substance inside the egg, that acts like a "checking system". This system cheks if DNA that has entered is 100% compatible with the DNA inside the egg, and if it is, it allows the sperm (already inside) to fusionate with the rest of the DNA. If the check is negative, and both DNA isn't compatible (because it's from a nother species), and somehow it managed to get it, then the reaction will make the egg to degenerate, and complex signaling takes place, so the egg isn't able to find an Anchoring place in the vagina, and then a spontaneous abortion takes place, she would have a normal period, and eliminate the ovule that way

feel free to ask any doubt

>Read yourself

Thats part of the problem. Im not a doctor. I dont have access to the same resources you do. Dr. Google will just tell me I have hyperthyroidism or cancer every time.

But I will take up better eating, and as far as exercise goes, Im an ICI Carpenter, I get plenty. But I could definitely use some cardio...

Thanks, man.

If you can form erections and masturbate to completion with porn then it isn't most likely isn't a physical problem.

First, cut out porn completely, forever.
Delete it all, stay away from it as it is robbing you of your life and making you think about killing your self. i.e. it isn't worth it at all.

Second, stop masturbating for 2 weeks and see if morning erections become more frequent.
After a couple of weeks without masturbating or ejaculating, they should happen almost every day.

If that doesn't change anything, go to a urologist or an andrologist, ask for a full hormone panel blood test, including prolactin, oestrogen, testosterone, free testosterone, TSH, LH, T3 and T4 at least.
Also have them manually check your balls for variocele or similar, might need an ecography of the scrotum depending on what they see.

> Not doing routine rectal examination in elder women with urinaryincontinence etc.

Stress increases prolactin levels in the body, which makes you feel tired.
You need to deal with that stress, exercise, go for regularly long walks, meditate or talk to someone to relieve it.
Don't let stress build up long term as it can be harmful.
Also, Iimprove your diet.
More vegetables, and fruit. Drink more water too.

The diagnosis could have been based on you presenting with panic symptoms ie fast heart beat, fast breathing, sweatiness, shaking etc.
On exam the doctors could have found an enlarged thyroid or a thyroid bruit (sound) and elevated blood pressure.
They could have done Thyroid function tests and an anterior neck ultrasound which returned normal.
The symptoms could be a result of many other conditions, have they done Adrenal function tests and urinal VMA?
This is to rule out possibility of Conn's, Cushing's or pheochromocytoma especially since you presented with chest tightness

Were you in Nam?

Make sure you have good quality sleep too.
8 hours in a completely dark room with no noise.
Stay away from screens for 3+ hours before bed.

Eat a good selection of different nuts and dark green and other vegetables for minerals. Don't over exercise though, healthier in the long run to keep it balanced. Swimming or walking are good.
You don't have to understand everything about blood results, check the figures marked TSH, T3 and T4 - see if they are near the bottom or top of the range in brackets.

how much biochem did you end up using?

honest question, my father (57, farmer) can extend his leg with ease, but can't flex them. He has sensitivity in the whole area, and all image diagnoses show no results. We consulted a private doctor and he sayd that "it might be a spinal cord issue, might have some nerve roots pincered". He's taking Zamene 30 mg and neither this doctor, or the hospital, know what the hell is going on

Any idea?
Is Zamene the right medicament?
Should we request more diagnostic procedures? and if so, which ones?

Thank you very much

Don't listen to this guy, I let a German shepherd mount my daughter and she gave birth to six healthy pups a few weeks ago.
Only problem is they are always yapping about who is fed first, thsts the problem with her only having two tits.

He could have an MRI of the possibly affected regions of the spine, to see if there is any compression.
A CT scan might reveal something too, and is cheaper.
Has he seen a specialist?
It could be a compressed nerve and not the spine itself, but since it is both legs it might be in the lower back.
Depending on the results, physiotherapy might help.
Keep trying, ask for which specialists to see, try a large university hospital.

I've found a very good video about it, not too technical

youtube.com/watch?v=7G2rL5Cutd4

The chest tightness wasnt the hyperthyroidism. sorry, I was just mentioning why I went in the first place. I should have specified.

There were zero symptoms to accompany the chest tightness that would point to anything. They found out i was laid off 2 days ago and that my gf doesnt work, so they said it was anxiety, and I accept that.

What theyre interested in is that I have a rich history of anxiety, even though Ive built a decent life and dont have much to be anxious about, and transient anger problems that are kind of out of character for me, extreme fast and sudden weight loss for no explicable reason (though I eat healthy, I do sometimes have daily mcdonalds benders, when I lose the pack a lunch routine temporarily. I could even suddenly drop 20 pounds DURING those benders at times).

And the fact I sometimes have difficulty swallowing.

I also have "ADHD" and ive been taking meds for it for 2 years (at 28 years old.. I should mention I took no meds before that, and I was still having hyperthyroid symptoms, and they largely went away with stimulant drugs), but I must say, that doesnt feel right. I feel like its something else wrong, and hyperthyroidism can mimic adhd, no? Can you think of anything else that would mimic it since we're here?

>TSH T3 T4

Will do. Thank you!

Also, there have been medical studies proving that dog semen injected into the womb of a human female fresh from the source is good for them, gives them a sense of well being, easier menstrual cycle, and a lower risk of vaginal dryness.

Any female over the age of 13 should be being mounted by a large dog at least two or three times a week.
If you are too busy, try craigslist as there are a good number of professional dog semen therapists on there.

For how long?
Is it bilateral?
Is there history of trauma?
If it's bilateral then it's most likely a spinal issue or could be due to degenerative nerve conditions like GBS or MS.
And Zamene is an antiinflammatory Cortisteroid possibly as a prophylaxis for Spondylolisthesis

it's been a year now, it was gradual, first he had difficulties, now he can't barely walk (I repeat, he can extend, no problem, but he can't flex. No pain, no tiredness, posterior muscles from his leg won't work)
It is bilateral
No trauma
What are the options here? We don't know where to go to solve the problem, or if it has any solution. Is Zamene a good thing for him?

He is taking Sintrom because he had a heart attack 7-8 years ago, we are worried Zamene can interfere with that. As I said, doctors have absolutely no clue about this problem

i had exreme tooth pain last week, of course it was in the middle of the night.
i just wanted it to stop and took some ibuprofen (1200mg). 30 minutes later the pain was still there so i took more (another 1200mg). and so on... in the end i took 4200mg ibuprofen, 800mg aspirin and a glass of vodka over maybe 3hours.
i know it was stupid but the pain drove me crazy.

my question is, is this enough to hurt my liver permanently? in the next days i took 1200mg ibuprofen, 600mg 2times a day. after the second day my stomach started hurting and i stopped taking pills. any chances for permanently damages?

I got some white stuff on my penis and its kinda red on some spots what do?

forgot to mention, xrays and magnetic resonance didn't show a problem, his back is fine, and so are his legs

See If doctors have no clue, you go to a larger city hospital, preferably a university hospital with a research centre.
Also ask about relevant specialists.
Don't give up though.

Liver regenerates up to 90% of its tissue.
Stop taking the drugs, stop drinking and go to a dentist.

he's been through 20 doctors so far, half of them specialists. We've gone to 3 major hospitals in our country. Still no clue

As I said, image diagnosis din't show problems

If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse within the last six months, go to a doctor and have them look at it. Might be a mild STD.

Otherwise, masturbate less often.

Has he had any physiotherapy.
Does he present other symptoms?
