no joke that album sounded at least 10x better on the second listen... it's a grower for sure
Neither compete with Mellow Gold
You're a loser, baby, so why don't you kill yourself?
People seem to see Mellow Gold as the Loser album, but it had a lot of gems. Odelay was more audacious, sure... but the atmosphere on Mellow Gold is simply unmatched by the rest of Beck's discography.
you're just one of those "le debut" is always the best memers
just like the rest of Sup Forums it seems
>he hasn't heard Stereopathetic Soulmanure
>he hasn't heard Golden Feelings
Mellow Gold is Beck's equivalent of Pablo Honey. Prove me wrong
Guero is best anyways
no
Stereopathetic Soulmanure is definitely up there in his best, unfortunately Golden Feelings is just a worse version of that album
yes
Don't mind me, just passing through
>listening to Beck other than Sea Change and Odelay
>not wasting your time not listening to other artists instead
you should feel guilty, you wasted trips and l'elite musical integrity
Only plebs think Loser is to Mellow Gold as Creep is to Pablo Honey. Gold is rock solid.
>chemtrails through replica
Name a better sequence of tracks.
I didn't have to mention creep tho
>Gold is rock solid.
1. Sea Change
2. Mellow Gold
3. Morning Phase
4. Odelay
5. Midnite Vultures
6a. Guero
6b. Modern Guilt
7. Mutations
8. The Information
haven't heard much of the super early stuff
what is with this fucking annoying little "le animu" face being shitposted all over the place? No, it's not cute, and I wish I could physically light it on fire without destroying my laptop screen.
highly accurate, might move midnite vultures up and mellow gold/morning phase down
>Morning phase above Odelay
did you actually read to the end of my sentence or?
I pretty sure it's the same awoo thing from pol during the election. It's a pretty dead meme now
One foot in the grave deluxe reissue is the best actually
personally agree though can't say its his objectively best album
One Foot in The Grave > Every other album
