K I feel you. For you the instruments might be odd, but they are not weird at all here.
an instrument, or maybe it's the song, that lends itself well to being off-key.

Did you know that Winston Churchill had the Battle Hymn of the Republic (in this case, "Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory" as the title) in the arrangements at his funeral?
It is the stronger anthem.
The instruments are not odd to me.
Just the presentation.
First time I've seen an actual Statian post Chance McCoy. Well done! I can stop doing it now.
>Life is old there, older than the trees, younger than the mountains
That line always gets me. I literally feel the need to go inna at least once a month. This song is just perfect
All scots and irish too. The Chilean's music is more authentic American.

What I posted is andean, hence, similar to peruvian, bolivian and northern chilean and argentinian. I posted it because it was composed by Victor Jara, a great chilean author. Our southern music is a totally different thing.
It's funny, people talk shit about Appalachia, but really this is the purest "Americana" you're ever gonna find. That's where America comes from. Probably the strongest cultural element in the whole country
What do southerners have? Large plantation houses and big trucks. Out midwest they've got their square dancing and corn fields. On the coasts it's basically some sort of cookie-cutter globalist garbage. But Appalachia has history and traditions going back to the 1500's. And who doesn't love steel stringed banjos?
people from south and central american countries are not american
what a load of shit
>Andean, hence, similar to Peruvian, Bolivian and northern Chilean and Argentinian
I would describe everything that originates from north or south America as American.
I don't believe one nation has a monopoly on the tag. Its continental.
it certainly is if it's the demonymn of our country's name you git
Canadians are American. They're just not from the united states of America.
When it's required you differentiate but it's geographically accurate to say that they are.
>i'm not european I'm swiss
Sound retarded?
I suppose in europe nations don't matter
