Its not my chart, but it is titled "essentials", which means it doesn't contain every piece, just a selection for new-comers.
Classical is far too big and varied to fit on one chart.

Even gregorian chant - the main basis for modern classical music - didn't come about until the 9th century.
Ancient Greeks had art music, but much of it was lost. If we knew what ancient greek music was like in great detail, it would likely be the basis for modern classical music. But we dont, so plainchant is the basis.
