ITT: Long fucking movies

ITT: Long fucking movies.

This is 5 hours long. Worth a watch?

Its Fanny & Alexander fyi.

wow i had no idea
upvoted

I got bored and turned it after an hour. The 9h version of greed was killer though

I prefered the theatrical cut which is like 3.5 hrs. Couldnt make it through the 5 hr cut.

Is that the TV episodes? Just watch an one hour each day or something

but also the most beautiful film of all time

neither good, nor bad.

if your not into watching only current year movies, you'll probably like it

One of the greatest.
It's to cinema what BK's to literature.

why isn't it good? what didn't you like?

People who doesn't appreciate it hasn't either seen it or aren't worth talking with (about it). Same with das boot, seven samurai and 2001.

i appreciate seven samurai, but don't like it
and i don't appreciate or like das boot

How'd you watch it?

It's supposed to be a tv show, four episodes. It's on TV every christmas here.

are there any movies where prime JJL gets naked?

Munich is only 2h44m but it feels like a 5 hour movie.
Still a great ending scene though.

What a disgusting faggot. You should have been born as a sissy girl.

Satantango is great long film.
I want watch Fanny and Alexander too but i dont know which version.

Honestly I'd watch the 5 hour long version in increments. It's already split up into episodes. Hulu has it in both versions if you have it.

So has no one else here watched The Human Condition? The 9.5 hour long movie?

i saw

it was really fucking good

What's BK

What's good about it?

the director's cut of watchmen felt like half a day

I just preordered the blu ray version of The Human Condition which is going to be released in Europe in september.

I would assume Brothers Karamazov.

Thanks, will watch.

the first half makes them look like an annoying rich white family with all these stupid tradition and shit, its a little repulsive and annoying. but the second half actually makes you want to go back to that and you see the value of it all.
