Female.
Most of the animals we eat are female, especially cows and chickens and sheep. To the point where males are culled at birth because they have no value.
The testosterone makes the meat more lean and tougher to chew. Which is obviously a bad thing.

Women are generaly take care of themselves. They have more fat ratio, so it makes the meat tastier. Men's testosterone makes meat tougher

Anyway my point still stands, I'd rather eat a female, unless there is a man castrated at birth, or a prepubesent boy available.

Not entirely correct. Males from layer breeds are culled. Meat breeds are not. Also don't forget about male turkeys. When it comes to meat that humans consume the majority of it comes from males.
