Premiums always go up. If you look at the average of premiums over time you will find there isn't much change with ACA (and won't be with AHCA). The government doesn't set the rates. Trump himself said today that Australia's system is better than AHCA, so since you love sucking his nuts do you feel that a true universal system is the way to go?
