We paid really little to the eu compared to what they gave us. Without it we would be on Ukraine level of development. But as it is in any agreement, there are benefits and there are obligations. One of then, according to eu law, is to take in any refuges. Who doesn't follow the law, must be punished. It's just one way to look at it, and surely not the best one, but I wanted to show the problem from eu and Germany perspective
