Isn't that a positive thing? I mean after all there are apparently immigrants there who are not only concerned with raping and pillaging, but also some who at least want to learn the language.

Positive? They're probably learning the shit to get pussy.

Sweden yes

Most learned language in Sweden is Swedish. Mfw

Why are they learning Spanish in south east Asian and New Zealand?

Fucked if I know, It's also the second most learned in Aus.

Can't make this shit up

Perhaps your proximity to South America over the fucking Pacific Ocean.

Fucking sweden

Going to ask again since yesterday I didn't see it answered:
Why are two languages marked on the map key which don't actually appear on it?

i assume italian would appear in either san marino or vatican, but they are too small to be seen on the map

puede que tengas razón.

does that make sense though?

dont most inhabitants of san marino and vatican already speak italian, thus having no reason to start learning it

Is Spanish only useful if you are a doctor and need to talk to patients?

Does anyone do business in Spanish when there is English?

The only people who I know that speak Spanish in the US use it to talk to the help.

>turkish
>nowhere
OTTOMAN WHEN?

Spanish is for people that already know english since a lot of people speak it on many different countries. Its not like chinese that has a shit ton of speakers that mostly live in china or a chinatown

Is Turkish only listed to show how irrelevant turkroaches are?

This is very sad.

Proximity doesn't mean much when your neighbours are shitholes.

English best language.

new zealand what the fuck are you doing

all of central and south america plus spain and some of the usa. It's bretty good for business and travelling.

All the foreign posters here speaking English are basically a tacit admission their native language is inferior.

Are any of you lads currently studying another language?

¿Qué?

I know there are a lots of hispanics in Philipines.
At least judging by their last names.

>inb4 muh Altay

German, but lazily. Mostly just play vidya with Hans und Klaus.

Yes, Japanese.

French people don't like to speak in English, at least in my experience they prefer to speak in Spanish to tourists.

Why the fuck is Israel learning Spanish more than english?

...

I have functional German (enough to read some internet news) and I'm trying to decide on another to study the basics of but I can never make up my mind. There are multiple that could be useful in my field but I've never been sent overseas so I haven't needed to and I'm stuck being monolingual.

It's hard to choose and learn a language when you already know the lingua franca. We don't have enough pressure on us to study hard and learn early.

>australian confirmed for frogboos

>Sweden
>Swedish
>Pink colour
This is too meme to be true

You have a little bit more great scientist and extra-european conquest but we have more great artist/philosopher/victory.

And we don't create great colony like england mainly because don't like to live outside of the blessed land of france

Despite that meme polandball comic, i feel that at our peak Rome would be proud
Now though...

No it was a war france vs the rest of the world.

Guess who win?

I'm pretty certain the chinks have them beat by a fuck ton. Even then it's only a matter of time until english cucks the world.

Seriously 54 % england 25% usa 5% japan

That's make 16% for france/germany/russia/italy etc

>German still the number 1 language in Namibia

Argies are such wannabe whites it's so fucking annoying.
>w-well I have black hair and latte skin but it's because I'm italian

>Iran learning french above english
HOLY SHIT THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
WE NEED TO GIVE NUKES TO IRAN RIGHT THIS INSTANT
WE NEED TO SIGN AN ALLIANCE TREATY WITH THEM

...

I was just trying the emphasize that it's quite some distance.
I would think it'd be more useful to learn an East Asian language.

...

>muh edgy racism

I wonder when you Australians will start growing bored of being stupid and start focusing on becoming a relevant nation.

...

Yes, they are obviously PhDs trying to get a job offer

french, slavspeak, latin and english

wtf are you talking about, Dutch people are fine at English and from what Ive seen Belgians too

Germans are indeed much worse at English than I used to think. Like wtf, I meet Germans my age (in their 20's) and some of them just CANNOT speak English, like basically not a single word..!

I will post it every time a Brasilian responds to me.

Kill me. Just kill me. Kill me for real this time. I can't take this any more

Because French is useless.

lol

Are Balkans preparing to a suppost future german invasion?

>proximity to South America

Fuck me it's worse than I thought.

はい、日本語。ちょっとだけどね。。。

He's right.

You know that the world is more or less like a sphere right?

What in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Mighty Christ of Nazareth, Lord of the Heavens, Father of all Childs, I wish to confess my sins to you Oh Father, are Swecucks doing with their language ?

Yes english, i hope anglo poster write properly

I was emphasizing how fucking large the Pacific Ocean is.
They'd be better off learning Vietnamese or something.

>Germany
>Telling others to become relevant

You guys became irrelevant after WW2

Is Dutch a relevant language? I've been learning a little but I don't know how it stacks up in terms of usefulness.

>Spanish more studied in Norway, Finland, Iceland and Denmark than English
What?

Also I'm pretty sure Sweden have English before Swedish too.

is there a version of this since 1900? it'd be interesting to see how america dwarfs everybody now (not just in bmi :^))

>Tagalog
It has Spanish and English and local filo language mixed into it

I'm thinking the areas of Europe that are learning German are thinking of moving there...

>Is Dutch a relevant language?
Only if you'll be speaking often with the Dutch people, and even then most of them will at least know a little basic English.

Of course you can also use it for show.

Why is Australia learning French? Is it because they are out in the middle of nowhere and haven't updated from the days when French was the Lingua Franca to know to be civilized?

Or are there islands nearby where French is spoken?

Why not learn Chinese?

Probably arabic instead.
It'd be racist to teach Sweden's next generation Swedish, a white man's language

It's strange that Greenland, which is owned by Denmark, is interested in learning Dutch over Danish, the latter being co-official in Greenland.

Even stranger is the Danes being so interested in Dutch.

It's almost as if the mapmaker confused Dutch and Danish.

But that's impossible, isn't it?

Here I was thinking Nedermark was a meme
