Also what do you have planned to brew, fermenting and bottled?

Maybe if the words

>I'm so bored

Come to you when talking about your hobby, it's time for a new hobby.

basically this.
m.youtube.com/watch?v=O7TJhK6pcEQ

This one was a pale ale with a lot of wheat, hence the big gluten bubbles.
I do every style but pilsen is what sells most, so...

Yes. That's why I opened this thread actually.

samefag?

no, its just a good hobby to have.

>gluten bubbles
Never heard that gluten makes big bubbles, I was going to ask if it was inflected or a sour beer next. My question was what type of fermenter is that? I use glass jugs. I don't sell mine, just share it with friends and fam. The last thing I made was a sweet mead, turned out ok, still needs some bottle aging to be good tho

Tarot card reading

I don't charge for it, but people insist on giving me tips

My hobby is lockpicking

Its a 1000l stainless steel cube container in a cold room. I don't use it anymore tho.
Those bubbles were worrying me so I asked a specialist.
Sweet mead? I made a Braggot of my last brewings. My recipe is: 1 vol honey + 2 vol water + 3 vol beer. Give it a try.

do you believe there's something even remotely true or significant other than general revelations that can apply to almost anyone? How would you promote that to skeptical, in short?

Mead maker here too, though Cysers are more fun when drinking can get high alchohol...

Currently making a Bochet (burnt honey) Cyser which will hit 18%+

really? Please send me a link of a good short tutorial?

No Kappa

search for bosianbill or something like that in Youtube

They look more like bacterial infection to me. Pic related a wyeast lacto culture, I'd recommend using a cup of un crushed/milled grains tho for souring...if you do ever want to go that route

My best mead was (got a silver medal for it in a local brew competition)
15lbs honey
~3.75 gallons spring water
Lalvin D-47 yeast I believe

cyser is a cider without co2, right?

that user is right

Bosnianbill is an excellent youtuber with tons of lockpicking content. have fun user!

>Neckbeard detected

I also brew. A buddy of mine and I started brewing mead back in 2009. Its a fun gig but honey is expensive. My friend has two hives now and hopes to harvest his own honey for production.

Sounds good, I'm make many beer but made some meads because it's boozy and easy. Got any recipes you want to share? Here is my best mead recipe...using staggered nutrient additions of courseCyser are cider plus honey I believe

Muh it's can cost a little more esp compared to all grain but you also get twice the booze content, so it's a trade off

im making a game kind of like dnd and fft

My hobby is going out at night and look at prostitutes but do not talk to them or get close. I always carry my gun as well and some basic tools and rope.

>infection
No. Wasn't infected. Don't want that neither.
Mead. I will try that.

Which is why we have our own apiary so that there will be no more honey cost from any outside vendors.

It's as real as someone wants it to be. Interpretations are largely subjective, but that is where the skill of the reader comes in. For example, there are certain cards that tell me a person feels trapped. If they mentioned the work they do before the reading, I relate the card to that. If they mention relationships, then that is where their stress probably comes from.

Not into sours? I like them, mead is super easy to make. Do a no heat mead to retain the aromas of the honey But you must supply the fermentation with nutrients. I prefer a staggered addition opposed to all up from. I'm no mead pro though

>Bosnianbill
Thanks. Will have a look. I have tons of padlocks to have fun with.

I wish I could do that but it's not in the cards atm

I like to collect the nipples of 8 year old brunette girls whos names begin with L in the months of April and November.

*all up front

No I hear ya. It takes time.

I cook a lot
it's really relaxing and probably one of the only things that make me happy anymore

doesn't matter what. I'll usually sit down on youtube and find something that looks good, remember the recipe, and try to experiment without strictly following anything in order to learn better. works pretty well so far

tho I just found out I could do this like last month and I'm 22. not sure why I waited so long to try lol

Do their names change based on the month?

Does it really off set the costs though? Sounds like just a new hobby to supplement an old. Still cool though

herping

are nutrients absolutely necessary?
I have cheap honey here
I also have free spring water
I can find white wine yeast quite easily
But these nutrients would be a problem.
Also what are the temperature and time to get a nice mead?

youtube.com/watch?v=MYxYernE8do

Yes nutrients are a must. There are none in the honey or water. You can find them online, some people use rasins or citrus peels but I have never used them. And would be slightly concerned about steriliity with them. Time and temps depend on yeast and original gravity readings (initial sugar content)

I don't have to buy honey anymore. I have my own water. I still buy yeasts but all of my equipment is already paid for. There is no real cost in raising the bees except taking time to make sure they are good. So yeah instead of paying for gallons of honey I'm not paying for any and harvesting my own and everything made is profit.

How much was a start up for the hives and do you got a cool bee suit?

My hobby is wood working, no not dick Faggot.

Warhammer, buy cheap used and nasty clean strip, green stuff, paint up sell on profits :D also do commission work for people terrible at it

My hobby is mycology when I get a chance to do it anyway.

sorry wat?

A picture maybe?

I smoke weed.

That's a hobby.

Look it up.

So,you spread herpes ?

We built the hives and the materials we averaged around 100-150. Would have been more if wr had bought a premade hive. Anywhere from 6000-9000 bees per hive including a queen. You can buy the bees as a Nuc or a Nucleus and boom you have your hive for about $200.00. The trick is keeping them alive during harsh heat and cold winter.

i'd like to. I now live in a subtropical climate and I miss those tasty mushrooms. they are too expensive now

I occasionally build model cars.. it's very therapeutic because I can go into my man cave and zone out on preparing, painting, and putting it all together. I even prime coat and airbrush the car bodies now so it comes out looking professional.

People on Craigslist will buy finished models too for decent money.

Cost £40 just sold to guy £100 wanted cheap quick job took about 7 hrs no hard fiddley work only table top quality

You just paint them or you 3d print these badboys?

I can buy 1 litre of honey for $10
How much mead can you do with 1 litre of honey?
How much do you sell your mead?
Can you sell everything you produce?

Chemistry and I enjoy synthesize some chemical compounds at home

Anyone can do it! Here's what you need:
Paint, acrylic, lacquer, or enamel
Brushes, large and small
A model of course
Exacto knife
Glue
And a cutting board.

Hey me too! I spend a good chunk of time on each model. Primer, airbrush, clear coat and polish. Do you ever do plug wires and fuel lines?

I like to grow. I also do some normal gardening. I don't like pot though. Makes me paranoid.

furry artist

Fellow homebrewer. I started working part time at a distillery. If you're bored turn some of it into whisky.
