Sure, I've attempted to kind-of backward engineer the horrible thing. They use magnetic waves between certain frequencies. Those have been given to the Russians and the Chinese.
The waves are either distributed via RF antennas or satellite, or so I believe. I am no electronic engineer.
The waves cause magnetic items to "tap / click" against objects, making the "click" sound. This is used for communication/harassment, and other than a Faraday cage or very powerful magnet, I do not know how to stop it, or I would and things wouldn't have to end in my death and... bad events.
They are able to "click" at me remotely in my car, in other cars, and in other buildings, houses really. This is why I believe it is satellite-based, or a tech I simply don't know about.
I've measured the waves. Other people have seen the measurments in real-time. This isn't in my mind, as some posts would have you believe.
