Sup Forums told me that loli is illegal in Canada. I work for the Leaf government. What will happen if they find out I frequently fap to 13 year old anime girls?

Tell them you are muslim and it's absolutely haram to not covet that DFC and Megameme hips.

...

Aqua is super cute but I could never sexualize her

...

Tell them they are actually 2000yo demons.

...

I hope it wasn't a lewd picture of Megu

Is Loli legal in the US?
We have different laws right?

Lolis are legal in some states. The Founding Fathers made them legal, but the liberals feminists, and cucks banned them in most states.

>victimless crimes involving lines drawn on paper

B-but she doesn't wear pantsu, it's gay to not sexualize her.

just tell them they are actually 18.
Fictional characters are underage only if you decide so.

>entertaining the tought of fucking a toddler is perfectly normal

Funny how it's mostly just shithole countries and states that have banned lolis.

mega is like 11 or 13 not a toddler lolis are always above 8 years old

No one can argue that it is normal, but nobody can argue it's harmful either.

List of states?

>thoughts should be punished with jail
>all those people who have ever watched a violent movie or vidya are murderers

...

This map can't be true.

This image is old so I don't know if anything has changed

You're fucked either way, fuccboi. Your life is meaningless.

>toddlers are 13 years old

Show me a toddler that looks like this

Very bad post.
I don't like loli but the laws are interesting.
That's importing them into the country however.

Oh? Please explain.

pettanko =!= loli

Unless you order Rustle doujinshi or other toddlercon shit you should be fine.

I've seen that map somewhere and people said that it wasn't true.

That should be the only thing you should worry about, how can the police or FBI know if you watch loli or not? And why would they?

Oh I was talking about IRL lolis, it's legal in America

Well the sources are right there if you want to verify it.

Do not touch IRL lolis

You aren't me cunt.
Fuck off.

No one said it was. It is however not actually harming anyone one and as such should hardly be considered a crime. Regardless of how disgusting one might (and rightly so) consider it.

>how can the police or FBI know if you watch loli or not?
user...

...

What? as long as he's not distributing or making anything notorious he should be safe

16 here. 14 in "special cases". It is the same for both sexes.

American ISPs can now sell all their browsing history to whoever wants to buy it. It's really not hard to know what burgers do with their internet connection.

These are all incorrect.
COPA has nothing to do with 1466A which was from the PROTECT Act of 2003, see page 681
justice.gov/sites/default/files/criminal-ceos/legacy/2012/03/19/PROTECT.pdf

Obscene lolis are illegal under federal law, obscenity is determined by jury according to Miller Test.
It is legal to posses them (Stanley v. Georgia), but any transfer over the internet gets rid of this protection.
They rewrote the language of 2252A specifically to make it easier to prosecute in cases of internet,
federalevidence.com/blog/2011/march/assumption-internet-communication-necessarily-traveled-across-state-lines

In US v. Whorley the 4th circuit court of appeals upheld conviction and Supreme Court refused to hear case.
In US v. Handley, Handley made motion to dismiss on 1st and 5th amendment grounds, the judge refused. Before going to trial Handley took a deal for six months of prison instead of risking multiple years in prison.

So it's legal to watch it in every state but illegal to pass it around?

I'm not 100% clear.
If you drew it yourself you'd be fine.
If they have IP logs or can show you have an account at website.com and the file is from that website then you're not fine.
If you downloaded it but there's no trace and it's just sitting on your computer I'm not sure.

In practice it's unlikely you get in trouble.

Downloading it?
There's a differnece between downloading and visiting the site to watch it?

In yurop a 30 years old "ex"-ISIS with a beard is a children if he says so.

It is perfectly acceptable to fuck a 16 years old.

No.
I meant if you downloaded it years ago somewhere else and there's no proof you downloaded it.
Like the file is just sitting on your computer.

But what about going to a website and then watching a video or those daily loli threads on Sup Forums.

Don't let the other american scare you lolicons. While loli/shota pornography certainly does fall under obscenity laws, no one has ever been arrested or charged for solely viewing/downloading images or video depicting 2d/drawn/rendered minors to my knowledge. The handful of times people have been charged for this it has been tacked onto a more severe charge (typically some manner of child pornography) to increase sentencing.

Is this true?

That would count.

Why don't they shut down the daily loli threads and why don't those people go to jail?

I think they'll hang you for treason. You should probably try to bust one last nut while you swing.

Chris Handley.
And yeah I'm not trying to scare anybody, like I said it's unlikely you get in trouble.
I get tired of seeing those map pictures.

Because they don't care enough to go after them.
Obscenity prosecutions vary with whoever is attorney general, and what they want to do.
Trump did pledge to aggressively enforce these laws but he probably doesn't care or have time to worry about it.
They're more likely to go after producers and distributors, another obscenity case is Max Hardcore en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Hardcore#Prosecutions

>red
>the law is generally enforced, and even looking at pictures posted online could potentially get you thrown in prison.
This is bullshit. No one is actively enforcing laws against lolicon.
