If this is your picture, then I highly suggest that you see a dermatologist and skip OTC treatments like Proactive. You might need to take an oral antibiotic. Avoid picking at the scabs, that's what causes scars.
Get in touch with your insurance company and find a dermatologist that will treat you.
Get dermatologist appointment, ask for accutane, stop popping white heads, don't pick dry ones either, use non-additive soaps and face lotion

Wash your face with dedicated face soap (not fucking hand soap, not fucking body wash; face soap) and a wash cloth for just your face for starters.

I had polichistic acnee. And now all I have left are the natural , tattoos scars.
I went to a good , private clinic with a good dermatologist and followed the treatment. They took a sample directly from my zits to the laboratory.
The treatment was called : Isotretinoin. Based on vitamin A.
But is a strong treatment, with many side effects , like : possible deformation of bones, dryness of mucus (nose, eyes; you could need artificial tears and cream for nose), affects the hepatic function (I took every month blood tests), suicidal thoughts (affects the chemical balance of the brain), avoid exposure to sunlight during and 1 year after the treatment (permanent depigmentation of the skin), affects your sperm and during the treatment and 1 year after you're done you cannot have kids (malformation and spontaneous abortion at high risks), hallucinations, hearing inexistent sounds, the acnee can degenerate into "acnee fulminans" , meaning you can get even worse with acnee,affects your muscles (you will get tired faster, fatique). And many more side effects.
