Better not have any scars on your arms . Meps looks for the smallest scars and if they think it's self inflicted they will disqualify you.

Combat cargo isn't an MOS, it's a ship's tax.
there are currently far less deployments to combat zones so leadership just concentrates on "barracks" stuff.
I.E. inspections, punishing people for minor infractions, mandatory "feels" training etc...
