At what point did you realize that the real leftists hate liberals (especially $hillary), their crookedness, and their tendency to do nothing of worth?

>liberals push for doing nothing based on the idea that no one should be angry about any decision.
>socialists fuck up almost every time they make a public image and don't understand the social contract.
>conservatives are usually religious and extremely exclusive to anyone in the outgroup

I'm not gonna pick a team

explain your statement about conservatives.

The day I realized trump would make a better president.

Not good, just better.

What don't we understand about the social contract? I agree with your points about the liberals and conservatives, though.

Welp, that's changing overnight rather quickly. Mr. Cheeto-in-Chief did something I doubt even $hillary would've been stupid enough to do.

Personally, I don't believe in lesser-evilism anymore. That's reason we keep getting shit leaders: we don't demand good leadership.

Which category of social contract?

...

HATE NO ONE. PRAISE NO ONE. FOLLOW NO ONE.

also socialism is dead.

Personally, I don't support Hitler or the Marxist-Leninists. I disagree with too much of what they stood for.

Social contracts? As in the political acceptance of a king because the adherent fears being on the wrong side of populist opinion and would rather adhere to an authoritative figurehead's command?

So, what do you believe? I don't really think the Democrats and Republicans have done us any favors.

when you realize liberals have false class consciousness

I'm fine with some conservative stances, especially on limiting spending and minimizing the role the government to some extent.
I will not have anything to do with the conservative party today however. I can't support the push for religious values on a government level. There are too many policies in place already that favor religious people and I think everyone should be treated equally legally. Laws should be based in rational principles and that's not happening enough.

A lot of the socialist discourse can amount to advocating violence to get the systems they want, if you want something, pass it into law.

I know, right? And now Hillary's trying to brand herself as an activist after fucking up the election. The liberals need to realize that they've been supporting rich dicks who only want their money and votes.

Fair enough. I don't think the current legal system will even allow the reforms needed to achieve socialism, but violent revolution always comes back to bite the revolutionaries in the ass. I think there are a decent number who believe violence is wrong, but there are quite a few that advocate for it and they make the rest of us look like violent thugs.

the moustache man also had false class consciousness, by the way (even though he wanted to convince himself and others he didn't)
I believe in nothing, I'm not a believer. And what an incrediby stupid outdated point of view, to think that you can keep a tight rein on economy via a dictatorship of a political party without getting rid of relations of the capital. It only means capitalism will consume your 'dictatorship' and re-establish itself from within the very party you call 'revolutionary'. The economy ought to be abolished as such.

>Laws should be based in rational principles
Which country are you living in, buddy? Laws are based on how much money the lobbyists are willing to dish out.

you're right, there are those that don't, but the only socialist organization anybody's heard of is the antifa and from an outside perspective, it seems they are violent in principle.
I used to identify myself as "somewhere on the left" in highschool, but I realized I didn't want to associate myself with values I disagreed with on a fundamental level.
I attribute a lot of what I do with my experience leaving the Mormon cult. I was left with a lot of disillusion about being a part of a group and see a lot of the same in my everyday life.

No need to insult me, friend. Just trying to get a discussion going since Sup Forums clearly needs one. I actually think the Soviet Union was in the wrong. What's all this about abolishing the economy?

...

>things no one actually believes

I'm not actually that familiar with antifa but I don't doubt they're into that kind of shit. The vocal minorities of this country are getting people all around the political compass pissed at each other. Honestly, I think American politics as a whole are ruined and we need to start over. I don't think that necessarily means people have to abandon their beliefs, but the main parties and all the groups that are trying to get people to fight each other need to go and people need to stop relying on leaders that tell them what to believe.

If anything, the liberals are defenders of capitalism, even if they don't think they are. I mean, they voted for $hillary and Obama, after all. All the more reason I don't like them. I just don't support the right wing either.

Not going to post anything here, just read Eclipse and Re-emergence of the Communist Movement
if you want to know more on the subject.
