TFW you wasted thousands of hours on Sup Forums and videogames instead of doing something productive

>TFW you wasted thousands of hours on Sup Forums and videogames instead of doing something productive
>TFW all your peers are way ahead of you now

People rarely choose the thug life user

>tfw you spent most of your time jacking off and keking in Sup Forums instead of studying and you still got accepted into the best unis in the country
Feels good

>tfw wasted your life but dont care because being a virgin is a virtue

>selling yourself short

Really made me think about you could have achieved if you put maximum effort

its a world thing actually, theres always people who do nothing and still get what they want.
Thats until you fuck up something on the way and end up being a neet.

>tfw you wasted 3 years of your life and then someone crawls from the dead to beat you up and says you are dull af

>there's always people who do nothing and still get what they want

No there isn't unless they happen to inherit hundreds of millions of dollars.

Eh, that's not the case most of the time, actually.

Remember that "grass is greener on the other side" saying? Yeah, we tend to think other people are having it better than us, and this has become very aggravated in this era or narcissism and social media, because in social media you'll see only the good side of others people's lives, not the bad, and EVEN that good side that you get to see see might be a manipulation of what's actually going on in their lives or outright lies/fake as well.
I guarantee you most of your peers are in the same boat as you or maybe even worse, don't believe social media AT ALL. Do not think that your peers are living fantastic lives, conquering the world and having a great time because the vast majority of them certainly are NOT.

Success is not the rule, it is the exception.
99,99% of all people will die nobodies who achieved nothing.

And as cliche as it sounds, it's never too late to start doing something with your life and trying to move forward. You only have this one life dude, make it worth.

I only browse Sup Forums at work.

Nah dude in my specific case there's a few friends who are now progressing significantly in their careers or see making good money with their businesses or whatever.

In any case there's no justification for me to not be successful

>And as cliche as it sounds, it's never too late to start doing something with your life and trying to move forward. You only have this one life dude, make it worth.

You are right fampai. As Donald Dr*mpf said: "THINK BIG and keep the momentum going".

You enjoyed life while they wasted their lives studying a future that wouldn't exist thanks to the imminent nuclear holocaust. You should feel smart.

are you wagecucking tomorow again?

>You enjoyed life

Sup Forums and videogayming isn't what id call an "enjoyable" life by any means. More like a pathetically mediocre and exceptionally risk-averse life.

Yeah

M-F; 9-5; you're a normie now

Fuck normies. I don't want to be a normie I want to be an Ubermensch.

Normies are fat, boring, poor, dress badly.

i remember teh good ol' days when it comes to you. oh how you have changed

It's lonely at the top, buddy.

so now you're on top eh? you even got the cockiness now too :(

>used to spend nearly all day browsing this shithole
>poor grades, little social life, unhealthy as fuck

>now spend an hour at most just browisng /lit/, /fit/, and occasionally Sup Forums or /his/
>have grade avg above 90%, hang out with friends whenever possible, have lost 30 pounds
wew phams, just cut out that Sup Forums time and do things

Delete this

Literally the biggest thing holding me back right now is 4fag

Try /r9k/.

...

best thing for anyone here to do is
>adjust sleep schedule, get up no later than 10 am unless work fucks with that
>actively look for hobbies, you aren't just gonna have interesting shit to do placed in your lap
>read, it helps a lot with being able to lengthen your attention span which is a problem that pretty much everyone here has
>exercise, even a 30 minute walk or jog in the afternoon is good
>eat healthy ffs, it's not that hard just don't eat too much, use tea with no more than a teaspoon of sugar when you feel a craving come on (the act of making the tea will fixate your attention on not eating, plus tea is yummy)
>don't necessarily force yourself into awkard social environments, but don't do that thing where a decent friend asks you to hang out and you're just so lazy you make up a BS excuse not to
>try to find work if not in school, warehouse work is perfect because it's above-min wage stuff that doesn't require anything more than HS education
>check local classifieds for warehouse stuff, and make sure to get a letter of recommendation as to make you a better hire when you end up leaving your place of work
this is just the stuff that I've changed so it's definitely not some universal way of life that all should follow, but it's little changes that turned my life around to the point that i feel that I'm nearly a fuggin adult

my hero

Good stuff. Lots of good points even though I do most of this stuff anyway.

Might I suggest dressing well at all times and reading "The life changing magic of tidying up "? Found that to be tremendously helpful.

The dressing part is crucial imo for how you feel and how others perceive you. If you're going to wear Jeans and Hoodies you might as well get settled for a fulfilling career at McDonald's tbqfhwymdl(to be quite fucking honest with you my dude lol).

That was the biggest breakthrough for me. Dressing and looking like an Ubermensch gets interpreted by others as such, perhaps even subconsciously. Fat faggits with bad dress style and acne will NEVER make it ANYWHERE.

so everyones being serious now :|

Try r9k

yeah that's the main reason why I'm losing weight, so i can actually look good in good clothes
once I'm at a size i can respect myself at, it boosts my self esteem which hopefully pushes me farther, creating a virtuous cycle
gonna go for a jog in comfy st john's morning in a little while, feeling pretty good tudday

abort roleplay.

its really is about attitude/confidence that makes the biggest difference. like, when you walk in a manner where you are staring in front rather than the ground, you'll able to make eye contact with people and just a simple smile from you could start conversations

lmfao whenever I see a really fucked up person I think to myself "I wonder if he posts those r9k threads on the wrong board ".

Yesterday I saw an autist who kept stuttering like a demented retard and I audibly chuckled imagining him shitposting on Sup Forums about "roooo normies rooooo chads".

2bh whenever i run into a person with political opinions who isn't hard left leaning, there's a 50/50 chance they browse Sup Forums or Sup Forums

most of them are pretty normal people irl

I never talk politics in real life at all, normies are too dumb and there's just no point when that stuff breaks relationships.

time enjoyed waisting was not
-john lemon

i mean time wasted enjoying was not
you may think it was all a waste of time now, but after becoming successful you'll dock your ship back here

Oh yeah. Totally enjoyed time reading retarded threads everyday. If there's one thing no one ever regrets it's spending too little time on Sup Forums.

>there's just no point when that stuff breaks relationships
I've rarely ran into this, but if having disagreements on political opinions leads someone to anger and resentment, chances are they aren't someone you would want to be friends with anyways
I'm not saying go out of your way to be edgy and offensive, but i know people with radical left views who won't just randomly get upset when talking about politics with someone who disagrees with him

you actually did enjoy. you just don't know yet

Yeah but there's an acronym for a reason.

Rape-
Religion
Abortion
Politics
Economics

Good way to get into fights and lose friends. And there's no benefit to it, it's not like you'll change their mind nor can you link studies to support your arguments IRL.

I find it easier to just gently suggest things and ask questions I know the answer to to push people into a certain way of answering themselves. Even that I don't do often. My workplace and personal life is nearly entirely apolitical, no one ever talks about anything related to Politics.

true, it makes sense not to force politics into environments or conversations that don't have that stuff, but im at college right now so at minimum 1 in 4 people are down to talk politics with you at the drop of a hat, so it's a fairly different environment than politics in workplaces (which can understandably cause some problems)

here is gud morning picture

In college it's okay I guess but I still see it as mostly a waste of time. I think the average person isn't well-read enough to even be allowed to have an opinion on anything dynamic like politics or religion.

Dynamic was definitely the wrong word to use here, I don't know. I guess just a subject that's as extensive as those.

I get what you're saying, no worries bud
every topic in politics and current events must be approached from several perspectives, and the history behind the regions/peoples involved must be also understood in order to even have a decent opinion on the matter
it's pretty neat how off all the places on the fuggin internet, Sup Forums became the one that threw me into global politics and gave me both an understanding of the world around me and the want to know more about the world
but yeah, most people quite literally just read headlines of news on facebook and watch 30 second clips on current events from shit tier sources so it's tough to talk about it

Being here is fun and i feel it also helped me grow as a person on its own twisted way. It doesn't stop me from putting effort in academic stuff.
If you talk about wasting time in "unproductive things" then there's facebook, youtube, tv, and you could also extend it to a wide range of more "normal" hobbies, which would bring you to the conclusion that one way or another the huge majority of everyone's time is wasted in unproductive stuff. It's all up to whether you enjoy yourself or not.

>If you talk about wasting time in "unproductive things" then there's facebook, youtube, tv

Yeah that stuff is a waste of time too.

Sup Forums is definitely worse though because you're marinating your brain in negativity and nihilism all the time. There's constantly threads about being depressed, wanting to commit suicide, how everything sucks, just other nonsensical """topics""".

You really can't be a well adjusted person with a healthy brain if you spend hours a day on a website like that. Your environment shapes you, so what can you say about your environment here?

You sure wouldn't have friends in real life who say the kind of stuff people say HERE on Sup Forums, would you? So why spend time reading it regularly?

We wouldn't talk to people in real life who are obsessed with who's white or not, cuckold porn, obsessing creepily over women, constantly talks about suicide etc
So why do we talk to them and read their posts online?

...

You sound like you don't really belong in here, it's a shame but seems like we weren't meant to be fellow anons.

Yeah I definitely don't. Do you feel like the environment of Sup Forums is healthy?
