Here's the thing. She's only able to skirt by issues like emails/benghazi/etc because she practices for hours and hours to get that laugh right, and she needs to prepare for all the usual contingencies.
She's kinda like rubio in this regard. Only appearing to be slick talking but only because they're able to go to preset lines and algorithms. ie "when faced with X, laugh, then say its a conspracy, then talk about unrelated topic Y"

I doubt it's a brain level injury, getting a clot in the midbrain/brainstem would be very unexpected and such selective damage is unlikely. Also, damage to one side's nucleus of the abducens nerve results in problems with both eyes.
Anyway, it's a bad sign. She's surely "old" by internet standards, but there are people well beyond her age who have never had a clot (with observable effects that is). If she did have optimal medications given her known individual risk before this, still getting hit by something is scary. With stronger blood thinners, she better not fall again lol.
