Not just abs but pretty much the entire body, from fat fuck to almost decent looking.

Start by just walking and trying to be more active in general. That's a good first step.

Eat less and healthier, drink lots of water, go for jogs/walks every day and work out at home if you can whether its squats, sit ups or what ever

Start jogging a couple times a week and quit soda/fast food

Stay away from sodas and other super sugary foods. peanut butter and banana shakes made in a blender are pretty filling and fairly healthy. take a walk around the block every once in a while. Just be more active.

Simply changing your diet is a fast way to lose a ton of weight at first.

cardio is the best way to lose weight, you can go jogging daily or do jumping jacks, run on the spot, push ups and sit ups at home... cut back on how many calories you consume

Go to the ghetto and yell 'niggers ain't nothing but hoes'n tricks', run until they catch you and then let them beat the fat off of you.

Single easiest thing you could do? Drink water, lots of it, 3 litres a day +

just walk 1 hour each day
when you want soda / chips / unhealthy food,drink 1-2 glasses of water before eating it. (helps from overeating too much)

once losing some weight just try some sports, you'll get energy from exercise (you won't realize that first)

fastest way of course is
sport every day, no unhealthy food at all

but i don't know if everyone has that much dedication from the beginning

Learn to cook for yourself and learn to love veggies and lean meats. And if your budget is an issue, then cooking for yourself should save you money. If not, you're doing it wrong.

It wouldn't hurt to go for a jog, or start your day doing pushups/sittups/jumping jacks/body weight squats/whatever. In fact you should. But you can't outrun a bad diet, and it's much easier to not put 500 calories in your mouth than to sweat it out.

I drink Water, tea, coffee, occasionally juice, and
rarely booze. Soda is fucking horrible, and the only way I can drink it is if I'm finishing off my girlfriend's drink.

Start by walking 30 minutes a day for two weeks and after each walk try to do ten push ups and 15 sit ups

Then try jogging for 30 minutes each day and 25 push ups and 30 sit ups.

Increase as time goes on, such as 45 to 60 mins of running and 40-60 push ups and 50-70 sit ups.

Also cut out soft drinks and start drinking lots of water, avoid caffeine and smoking if possible and set a diet of good food.

Also portion sizes. Minimise food portion sizes, but don't starve yourself.

I did 4 years in Infantry Recon', if you do this, you won't be a fat body and women will be attracted to you.

pure caffeine powder is a great way to lose weight

Bodyweight exercises.

Pullups (use a door)
Bodyweight rows (use a table)
pushups, dips, some ab workouts (flutter/bicycle kicks)
Swim a fuckload too.

Eat lots of low-fat Greek yogurt, drink milk and cut back on everything else.

This is almost exactly what I do. Pull-ups on bars at the park, ditto for dips. Push-ups and weighted squats at home (btw, they all do abs, don't need to do more).
