Ive accidentally stumbled one by using tor. Got to a wiki page with a compilation of different sites both clear web and dark web. It had anything from casual forums, to illegal substances and shit.

Searches along the lines of list of onions 2016 etc. Link led to another and another until i got there.

Some other countries also have hidden Wikis with certain things on them.
