Canker sore. Stress, lack of food or stress or change in climate can cause them.
You are gonna have to keep your mouth clean as fuck for the next few weeks if you dont want that spreading and causing major pain. I get them bad if I'm not careful.
I'd also go to a dentist and have him prescribe you a mouth wash (like a medical one, not Listerine)
