don't take more than 4 if you don't have a tolerance. 2mg is a nice strong dose for someone who isnt a regular user.. If you do more you might black out

0.5 mg is half of a "normal" dose. This is how they've worked for me and dozens of friends. You pick these things up working in the food service industry.
Still should never drink on em. I've known too many people who have died trying.
