Hey Sup Forums, I've been having really bad anxiety attacks lately and I'm having one right now. Can I get some summery/upbeat/positive music to chill out to? Pic related is what I'm currently listening to (for reference). Please be kind. Danke.

Also props on being able to type out such a coherent thread subject mid anxiety attack. I end up posting gibberish on s4s when something like that happens to me.

I've found that pop works really well. Even shitty mainstream pop.
If you haven't heard it, McCartney's self-titled I is quite comfy. Father John Misty's new album might work for you too. I also recommend Robbie Basho's album Visions of the Country.

Also, anything lo-fi hip hop helps. Watch one of those streams on youtibe, it always helps me.

This is good. Sometimes makes me sad though.
OP you can't be listening to 3 minute songs when you're at peak anxiety you need long ambient tracks
if you're too angry for that shit you might be into youtu.be
Listen to "Eraser" and then continue into "A Warm Place" on the album A Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails.
If you can't listen to Eraser, just listen to A Warm Place, but it's not as effective.
Beach Boys - Smile Sessions or Pet Sounds
The Zombies - Odyssey and Oracle
The Books - The Way Out
The Avalanches - Wildflower
Also this one: Basically anything by Yo La Tengo
Sigur Ros, probably
Mirroring - Foreign Body
Broken Social Scene, the albums Bee Hives or Feel Good Lost might be better for their mellowness in comparison to the others
I once had a 3 hour panic attack and this is the only song that would calm me down for some reason.
