As he said Google it then don't get one because no one ever uses it right or cleans them. If you do want to flush your sinuses use a saucepan and boil the water and add a little salt. Once the water cools use a new paper wrapped straw to snork up your nose and flush it out. I use vinegar cut with the sterile water as i keep getting fungus sinus infection due to my sweet blood

Netipot + 1 tsp Hydrogen Peroxide x 3 per day
No bullshit.
Hydrogen Peroxide kills pathogens and the Netipot (or similar) is a great way to deliver it into your nasal passages.
Start only with a small amount of H2O2 then gradually increase --- it'll sting a bit, but better than a sinus infection.
