Buy a house, renting is a fools game.

Get a loan, make it float 30 years pay hard early, pay a total of around 600 a month instead refinance when interest gets low, throw taxes and bonuses into the house, play smart.

Renting is for people who can't get housing loans.

Pay for 1 year of my insurance pls

Invest in real estate, mate. Pick up some multi-family rental properties. Right now, you're working for your money. Income generating investments make your money work for you.

Invest intelligently, and you'll never even have to deal with the properties personally. Hire a great property management company to run the day to day operations, while you do nothing but monitor the financials on a month-to-month basis.

Start learning the ropes and preparing yourself now, so that you'll be ready to take advantage of the tanked market conditions when the current bubble bursts.

If you have any money at all... Travel
See as much of the world as you can before you marry/have kids/get sick or old. You may never have this chance again.

Go see those places that you've always read about in books. Look at architecture that is hundreds -- if not THOUSANDS of years old!
Eat the food. Fuck the women.

Protip: Take all the pictures you can, so that you can remember what you did when you're an oldfag.

Also, what exactly are you "saving" money for? I'd keep no more than six months of living expenses on hand, maybe a year at most. Every additional penny should be channeled towards investment goals, unless you have more immediate savings needs (such as purchasing a home -- renting is throwing money away).

Probably fucking obvious, but don't buy more house than you need. At *most*, you should be spending 30% of your income on mortgage payments/rent. I shot for half that.

What do you think about litecoin ?

Let us how to make that figit spinner

...

>before you marry/have kids
Unless you're planning on traveling to sandnigger countries, I don't know why a wife and kid would prevent you to do so
It would be even more gratifying to share these moments with them

take out a house loan as much as you can and live like a king in mexico.

Help me buy a car out of kindness

Not trying to be a cock but if you pull 72k a year and only have 20k in your savings you are in trouble. If you really are itching to spend some money buy gold and guns. Stuff you can sell or trade no matter what the dollar is worth. (If in the us) Invest it long term, have it make you more money so you can retire early. Or leave it in the savings till its $100k and open a subway franchise or something to make you even more money. My 2cents. Godspeed Sup Forumsro. 70k a year isnt bad, dont fuck it up.

Simple. Your wife might not want to travel.
There goes your opportunity -- unless you go without her.

And who the fuck wants to take kids on a trans Atlantic flight? Is a three-year old going to appreciate going to Paris?

Give it to me? :)

use arbitrary rules. so no one can get a game until they hit trips

True.

What do you do?

Are you putting enough in your 401k? If not, that's where your money belongs. Also, gg with the ETFs and indexes. I threw money away for decades into financial advisors at UBS and Morgan Stanley. They will have cost me over a hundred grand in front end loads after 30 years.

I make too much for a Roth IRA now, but for years I put money in there too. It's a good idea to Max out both while you're young so you can maximize your compounding interest.
