We already know that breaches have been confirmed in all 6 states, and they are currently looking into exactly what was done during those breaches.

This has nothing to do with the individual district vote counts, but rather the state tally center where they are all combined, and counted from all of the reporting districts. The count centers in FL, GA, MI, NC, PA, and WI were all breached by hackers on election night.
