Like if a shop got robbed at a time and date, and you get declared innocent, then they can't try and testify against you for robbing that shop same shop on that same date and time.
You can still go back to court for robbing that same shop on a different date, or a different shop of course. But for that one instance you were already declared innocent, they can never go back to that, you were declared innocent and thats that.
