What's heavy metal like in the Spanish speaking world?
I've listened to bands that are from the Anglosphere, Scandinavia, France, Germany, Russia, Japan, and even fucking Saudi Arabia, but nothing from the Spanish world.
What's heavy metal like in the Spanish speaking world?

There's Sepultura from Brazil, but it's the same shit.

Spain - Teitanblood
Chile - Wrathprayer
Heavy metal...dunno, but Colombia is somewhat famous for producing random pseudo-technical brutal death grind metal or some shit like that. Things like internal suffering, purulent, mindly rotten, extremely rotten flesh, goretrade and so on.
But I actually like this guy's band

That's like listening chamamé in english.
Masacre is one of colombias best known death bands
in fact colombia has lots of good bands link related

You just don't know any
Culero
I just think metal specifically goes like a ring to a finger with the guttural nature of english and other germanic languages. Rock and punk can be good in spanish

there is nothing wrong with rap outside of the ones that are stereotypes.
CHI
No but seriously what do you get of metal? how do you even listen to it?
I've heard about these guys but I've never heard a work from theirs. But black metal related, I like Esbbat, Nocturnal Feelings, Infernal, Luciferian (at least their first album) or even Thy Antichrist or Ethereal's first album

In Spain we have Angelus Apatrida, Mutant Squad, Mago de Oz, Baron Rojo...
Mago de Oz and Baron Rojo are probably the most well known.

Man this post made me remember all those good Spanish band I used to listen.
Tierra Santa was quite nice
Metal is for children and man-children.
Eso es música para frikis
Why?
t. jamal
this.
uh, reporting in some Uruguayan metal, nothing special but is what we have.
only manchildren would make such claim
I only know a few bands(most already mentioned).
The first one is my favorite. Many of the current and former members of Brujeria have also been part of some popular bands.

Others posted more shit here I don't think hispanic Metal music is as popular as rap here. There are rap songs/bands mainstream but if you ask normies about metal they are going to say Mago de Oz, and they might only know Molinos de Viento and Fiesta Pagana.
They don't sing in Spanish but it's the only one I know
