My local walmart here in FL has these. Walmart stopped selling AR's in most stores though. Not because of any laws or anything, but simply because there wasn't a big enough demand so they have slowly started replacing them with other guns in most locations.

There are literally hundreds of AR-15 variants and most of them can swap parts with each other. For the average shooter there is zero difference. All of them are probably more accurate than the shooter.
But if you want to really get into the details some use forged parts and better quality metals in the barrel etc. But unless you shoot on a regular basis and are highly skilled it's basically just masturbation at specs that improve the gun far less than a little more practice with your gun would improve your accuracy.

For most AR-15 owners, yes.
The more expensive ones generally are better. But not that much better. It's like putting a spoiler on your Honda. Yes, technically it does produce downforce and improve cornering. But you need to be going 100mph for it to be doing anything. Do you really think people who put that shit on their cars are taking corners at 100+ mph often?
Same with lots of the AR-15 high end parts. Sure the fancy barrels can take more heat and will make your groups 0.25 inches more accurate at 100 yards. But can the average shooter put all their shots inside 1 inch anyways? It doesn't matter if the gun is 0.25 inches more accurate if you struggle to put the shots in a 8 inch circle.
