I only use it as a back up tracker. I rarely use general trackers.

Use points to hit and run torrents.
Seed 10 1kb files constantly to accrue max points daily without causing a hit to your bandwidth. Hit and run large torrents.

They also d/l slowly in the clients that they do work with.
