Maybe OP really got framed by a friend of his, that's the cleanest explanation. So someone posted this dude, the kidney dude, a common friend. Then made a screenshot where he replaced the picture with the dude's picture on FB, to get him found.
Of course this framing kiddo is most likely 10 years old, or has a sub-70 IQ because there was nothing damaging in all this.
