What they did was gather several patients from several mental institutions and force them to scream into the abyss. However, it wasnt abusive/forced and one of the patients actually said it was the best therapy he had ever received as it let him scream his problems away or something like that.
If anything, it'd be something like an inspirational, albeit dark story.
