Abkhazia. Subtropical paradise inhabited with one of the worst subhuman scum on planet. Abkhazia is still №1 foreign destination — 3,8 million tourists a year. It's very cheap and nature there is very nice. Literal jungles on 43°N latitude — as north as Sapporo or Toronto. If all Abkhazians will suddenly disappear it will be one of the best places on planet and not one the worst ones. Also you can have a day trip there from Sochi or other internal resorts and you don't even need a passport.
