I have my NASM, download myfitnesspal or any similar calorie counter and start recording everything. Even better, buy a food scale and dial in all your portions. If you can give me your weight age and height I can calculate how many calories you should be eating a day. 60 pounds will be rough and a pretty large deficit but if you incorporate a perfect diet, add physical activity like lifting or walking/biking and drink lots of water it's doable. Did you talk to your doctor? Do you have permission to exercise?

Drink nothing but water, there are carbonated waters available with natural flavoring and no sugar if you can't handle just water.

Walk a few times a day, try to jog the last leg of the journey even if it's only the last 20 - 30 meters. Living on nothing but cereal (healthy stuff, not coco pops) is not ideal but the weight will melt off. Good luck OP, hopefully you can postpone the inevitable for a while.

Reducer the amount of anything fat you eat by a LOT, like even things like oil or butter, use them only to cook but as less as you can.
Really, do some excercise. Go to a gym to build some fucking testosterone with lifts.

I've gone from 400 to 250 with keto and heavy lifting. Cardio as well but mainly just to warm up, plus it helps me start my day.
I'm a big tall dude naturally so while the 250 still sounds heavy, I'm built as shit now and have confidence that I'd never dreamed of before.

Working on getting to 225 now then I'll start modifying things.
The one that that REALLY sucks is a shit ton of loose skin, looks absolutely disgusting. Even with my newer confidence it still takes a lot to take my shirt off in front of a girl. Feels lame but whatever.

Some very general advice regarding keto: Everyone is a little bit different with it and you'd really want to sort out the correct macros for your weight and how you want to lose, activity level, etc. I know everyone hates reddit here but their keto sub has some great resources, and you can get some good info on /fit/ as well. Mostly fat, adequate protein, very very very few carbs. I was surprised at first how many things had carbs that I'd never realized.

Also can't really drink. Well you can, but for me at least even just straight tequila will stall me for up to a week at times. Some dudes can get away with drinking quite a bit but I suck.

You wont have any weight loss at first if not actually gain weight but you will be gaining muscle and burning fat, the more muscle you have the more calories you will go through a day etc etc. Don't change your diet for working out cause if your a fat fuck you must get enough food to support you working out in the first place

I'm down to 270 from 311 in 4 months. I started doing keto but hit a plateau and started to feel like shit.
I recently switched to weight watchers while exercising 5 out of 7 days for 30 mins. This works best for me.

exessive weight reduction is a real thread to your liver. I can't explain how but my father (who is a real honest man and a high ranked police officer in the control room) has fucked up his liver by taking the wrong medicine for an illness for years (sued the doc but didn't work out).
He is also fat and can't reduce his weight more than 1kg a month because his liver would get fucked up by anything more than that.

You don't just cheat on ketosis, and fruit is pretty much the worst thing you could have had. It can take up to a week to get your body back into ketosis after you break it.

2 pounds a week is considered the 'safe limit' for losing weight, so 3 pounds a week is pretty quick.
