Modular People is the first thing that came to mind, mostly because they've got Aussie artists like The Avalanches, Cut Copy and a few others putting out legitimately good stuff. They also handled local releases for Chromeo and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, which are ace.
honestly they put out some good stuff, although it's 99% post-punk so it's just about consistency, cuz listening to only their stuff I would kms
