>it's a there's a problem in the dilithium chamber episode

More like a LARP episode.

>it's a we can modify the deflector array episode

I like it insofar as it convincingly conveys the transition that Federation humanity is slowly making from naive space socialists enabled by technology that allows a post-scarcity economy to proper Fourth Kind/Taken-tier flying saucer advanced civilization that defines itself by inner principles like the Q pursued rather than outwardly showy aesthetics.

Principles that have a distinctly human component that makes it relatable despite ever-increasing discrepancies between what we would consider practical and space magic.

It's good shit that no Trek series has touched upon.

That said, that particular design looks like the fanfic-tier ass that it is on a whole.

>its a red alert interrupts picard and riker from double-teaming a hologram episode

After binge watching tos, I can't stop violently raising my eyebrows when someone says or does something ridiculous.

Why can't they voice command the computer to fire and eliminate human error

I love catching shit like that when rewatching shows. Like DaiMon Neelix here.

THE FIRST DUTY OF EVERY STAR TREK GENERAL POSTER IS TO THE MEME

Friendly reminder that Dukat did nothing wrong.

Ayyyyyyyyyyyyy

>It's good shit that no Trek series has touched upon

This tbhfam. The closest we ever got to exploring themes of the manifestations of the human mind came with Data episodes, comfy holodeck arcs, and the Locutus narrative.

It's clear from the arcs and tidbits of TnG, VOY, and DS9 that ST mankind is on a slow crash course for a medium between the Q and the Borg - yet outside of plot devices for MotW, this is rarely expanded upon.
