They're great but I'm not sure this is their best album. All things considered, the punk scene did not produce that much worthwhile music. By the time the scene hit the early 80s, it was trash. All of the good bands either imploded, or were phased out of the scene as its definitions shrunk exponentially.
If punk had stayed as open-minded as it was at it's primordial inception in the mid -70s, we could be calling The Cars and Joy Division and Devo punk.
But because of the definitions forced on the scene by angry dickheads in the 80s, we get stuck with people trying to extol the virtue of Minor Threat ad nauseum.
