You can buy bee pollen granules and does one grain a day for a week, then double up every week. Your immune system will recognize it eventually. I take bee pollen every day to help fight allergies. It's been working pretty good so far after 2 months or so. I also use propolis on my canker sores and they are gone in 3 days, as apposed to 2 weeks. Bees are awesome
