Innocent but hilarious mistake
I don't think that the Trump can afford any more of these types of mistakes even if it was an honest one.
The fact that individuals in power already question his mental health/state is one that can be legitimized by further gaffs such as this if they were to keep happening.

I would be more concerned that he placed his daughter, an un-elected 35-year old with one batchelor's degree, instead of any senior diplomat or government member, to sit in Trump's place for one of the G20 meetings, opposite the prime ministers of China, the UK, Germany, Russia, etc.
