What city of Uruguay?
Because it's traditional looking, beautiful central Mexico, safe and comfy weather
Any city in the pacific coast (because of the fish and seafood)
>The city of uruguay

Montevideo has been rated as the best city in latin america several years already. I think smaller cities are better though, Paysandu or Colonia are nice.
The old part of Montevideo is basically one of the best tourist traps ever though you walk 4 blocks away from it and the prices drop 3 times, here in Uruguay only surpassed by Punta del Este, a lie we feed to argies and rich people from all over the world and they eat up like dumb retards
Still beautiful though, like you're living 500 years ago.
There's one of those bull things, of course it's not used though
This
Montevideo
Not going for Memexico City so I'm saying San Pedro Garza García (pic)
I also like Panamá and Santiago.
Montevideo according to Mercer
I am hoping to move there soon, or maybe armenia. I would rather go to mexico but I don't want to die.
Antigua
Armenia is nice too but i would recommend Manizales if you want something in the coffee area, is basically the same thing but prettier and wealthier
Why?
It looks comfy.
This place is a shit hole where people get beheaded on average every 4 minutes, don't come here, it's very dangerous and we're full
Just say Monterrey, arr same city
San Francisco, California.
Miami is good too
Fortaleza
