It's post punk mediocrity. It's super boring and just detracts from the album. Album coulda been a 10 if it stopped after Houses in Motion, or at the very least a 9.5 if at Seen and Not Seen, but the last two tracks really bring the album down a lot. I understand what they were trying to achieve with it, and I appreciate that aspect of it, but as a song it's just not very good.
