Thanks for those recs though, i enjoy electric wizard.

>>tool
lol i get that. i get a hankering for about 2/3rds of a tool album every now and then but i typically get tired of it a few songs before the end
right hand left hand - s/t
demen - nektyr

if we're being honest here

+Bowie, Talking Heads, The Grips, Boris, Spiritualized, Swans, Panda Bear, Kanye, NIN, AnCo, Beach House, Electric Wizard
-Brian Eno, Megadeth, Jay-Z
I can't get into any of the big 4 of thrash. It's weird.
How's the new Waxahatchee?
I fucking love EN and Algiers. I can't stand Tool.

Powerslave was my favourite album in 5th grade

are you the Brazil man? thanks for the recs

fucking hell dad

>How's the new Waxahatchee?
In my opinion it's very good man, probably on my top 5 of album of the year so far

uncle acid and the deadbeats - the night creeper
joseph - stoned age man
>I fucking love EN and Algiers.
that new algiers album blew me away.
if you like EN you may want to check out deutsch nepal

Son I promise I just went out to get some milk

Same. It's a very strong contender for my AOTY atm. And I'll check out Deutsch Nepal. Is he more like the noisy side of EN that bangs on everything or the industrial art pop side? I like both, but I probably prefer their more chaotic material.

recs are always welcome, thank you

can you copy and paste the name of the 3rd album?
i love that röyksopp album! sadly i listened to it too much and it lost its magic, specially the song in space

>i love that röyksopp album! sadly i listened to it too much and it lost its magic

then you really should check out Rune Lindbæk - Sondag from my collage! he's from the same town as Röyksopp, the album was released in the same year as Melody A.M., and they even got into a plagiarism lawsuit about some of the tracks. really good and overlooked album

That is Shinsei Kamattechan- Tsumanne. It's a fantastic album if you're into noise pop/shoegaze, so you'll probably dig it. Nice Midori, Kinoko Teikoku, and Asa-Chang & Junray (I never see them around here) btw.

oh boy you got me hyped lol, ill download it now

more the noisy side of things. he's one of the main guys involved with forming the cold meat industries label which was closely associated with death industrial but he's got a pretty rhythmic bent

thank you!! abt asa-chang & junray spotify recd me the song hana and i've been hooked ever since. it's unlike anything i heard before

it's a bit more chilled out than Melody A.M. and lacks the delicious vocals, but it scratches the early 00s downtempo itch

NICE. I'm excited to snag that then.
Yeah, I've never heard any album remotely like it. It's a really cool listen. I'm also a sucker for anything that has a tabla in it, though.

+ MBV, Midori, Beatles, Candy Claws
+ Björk, Jeff Buckley
+ Harry Nilsson, Gil, Nascimento, Gal Costa
+ XTC, Drudkh, Björk, MBV, Fire! Orchestra, Talking Heads
