Cancer isn't a bad thing. There are all kinds of positives to cancer, all kinds of benefits that can come from a person having cancer. When you realize that everything that happens is neutral, you can start choosing whether or not to see it as good or bad. This girl getting cancer, from her perspective it could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how she wants to view it. Yes there will be pain and physical suffering no matter what, but we all deal with that in life.
Everything is relative. The world is what it is. We all suffer, yet we all also have the ability to feel joy in things if we choose to.
